Abstract
【解決手段】耐火原料配合物に有機バインダーを添加して混練し、成形後熱処理して得られる内孔体を連続鋳造用ノズル本体の内孔に配置した連続鋳造用ノズルであって、前記耐火原料配合物は、ドロマイトクリンカー1のうち粒度1mm超のものを10質量%以下(0を含む)、粒度0.1mm超1mm以下のものを20〜90質量%、粒度0.1mm以下のものを15質量%未満(0を含む)含むと共に、アスペクト比が10以上で粒度500μm以下の黒鉛2を3〜20質量%含み、残部が粒度1mm以下のマグネシアクリンカー3を主体とする連続鋳造用ノズル。

Claims (4)
- 耐火原料配合物に有機バインダーを添加して混練し、成形後熱処理して得られる内孔体を連続鋳造用ノズル本体の内孔に配置した連続鋳造用ノズルであって、
前記耐火原料配合物は、ドロマイトクリンカーのうち粒度1mm超のものを10質量%以下(0を含む)、粒度0.1mm超1mm以下のものを20〜90質量%、粒度0.1mm以下のものを15質量%未満(0を含む)含むと共に、アスペクト比が10以上で粒度500μm以下の黒鉛を3〜20質量%含み、残部が粒度1mm以下のマグネシアクリンカーを主体とする連続鋳造用ノズル。 - マグネシアクリンカーとして、粒度150μm以下で、SiO2の含有量が6質量%以下(0を含む)のものを使用した請求項1に記載の連続鋳造用ノズル。
- 耐火原料配合物中のCaO/MgOの質量比が0.3〜1.2、かつMgOとCaOの合量が70〜97質量%である請求項1または請求項2に記載の連続鋳造用ノズル。
- アルミナが存在する溶鋼中で試験片を回転させる溶鋼中回転試験による評価において、内孔体の付着・溶損速度が±15μm/min以内である請求項1、請求項2または請求項3に記載の連続鋳造用ノズル。
