- 連続鋳造用浸漬ノズル内孔の吐出口上端から注入口側に材質境界線があり、この材質境界線よりも吐出口側の内孔の少なくとも一部と前記材質境界線よりも注入口側の内孔の少なくとも一部に、ドロマイトクリンカーを含有し、カーボン含有量が10質量%以下である内孔体用耐火物を内装した連続鋳造用浸漬ノズルにおいて、
前記材質境界線より注入口側に内装した前記内孔体用耐火物のCaO含有量が前記材質境界線より吐出口側に内装した前記内孔体用耐火物のCaO含有量よりも多い連続鋳造用浸漬ノズル。 - 前記材質境界線は、吐出口上端から注入口側に向かって150mmの範囲にあり、前記材質境界線よりも吐出口側の内孔に内装した前記内孔体用耐火物のCaO含有量が20質量%以上40質量%未満、前記材質境界線よりも注入口側の内孔に内装した前記内孔体用耐火物のCaO含有量が40質量%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の連続鋳造用浸漬ノズル。
- 前記材質境界線が吐出口上端から注入口側に向かって20mm以上150mm以下の範囲にある請求項1または2に記載の連続鋳造用浸漬ノズル。
- 内装した内孔体用耐火物の見掛け気孔率が15%以上30%以下である請求項1または2に記載の連続鋳造用浸漬ノズル。
