Abstract

上記バッグを上記シェルの間に締め付けて上記膨張用コネクタを介して膨張剤を注入することによって、上記パイプを形成するステップとを含んでおり、
上記バッグおよび上記プレスが、少なくとも1つの上記パイプが少なくとも一部分が専ら上記プレスとの協働によって画定される輪郭を有するように選択されていることを特徴とする方法を提供する。
上記膨張用コネクタが、上記経路ネットワークのコネクタとは別であり、
上記膨張剤が、気体であり、
上記パイプを形成する上記ステップが、上記バッグを上記シェルの間に締め付けるステップの前に、膨張剤を注入するステップを含んでおり、および/または
膨張剤を注入する上記ステップに、上記バッグを2つのシェルの各々のすぐ近くに位置する上記プレスを予備的に閉じるステップが先行する。
2枚の可撓フィルムを、閉じられた輪郭を画定するシールによって貼り合わせて備えており、上記経路ネットワークのコネクタおよび膨張用コネクタを、上記輪郭の内側および外側に開くように備えるバッグ、および
上記バッグを、上記フィルムの間に上記液体を経路付けするためのネットワークのパイプが膨張剤によって膨張させられて形成された状態で締め付けている2つのシェルを備えるプレスを備え、
少なくとも1つの上記パイプが、少なくとも一部分が専ら上記プレスとの協働によって画定された輪郭を有していることを特徴とする回路を提供する。
上記シェルの各々が、上記パイプの各々のための成形チャネルを備え、
上記成形チャネルの各々が、半円形の断面であり、
少なくとも1つの上記シェルが、上記パイプの各々のための成形チャネルを備えており、上記成形チャネルの各々が、各側において、上記フィルムを上記パイプに沿って互いに押し付けるように機能するビードのネットワークの各々のビードを収容する溝によって縁取られており、
少なくとも1つの上記シェルが、上記フィルムを上記パイプに沿って溶接するための手段を備えており、
回路が、上記バッグ内に囲まれた少なくとも1つのフィルタを備えており、
少なくとも1つの上記シェルが、上記パイプのピンチ弁の少なくとも1つのアクチュエータを備えており、および/または
少なくとも1つの上記シェルが、物理化学的な値の少なくとも1つのセンサを備える。
回路が、例えばフィルタを有するループ(流体を濃縮するために、ろ液がループから排出され、残留物がループ内に残される)に備えられるリザーバや、液体の物理化学的な値(Phなど)を安定させることができるバッファリザーバなど、所定の量の液体を収容することができるリザーバをさらに備えており、
シェルが、一体的である代わりに、回路の種々の部位を画定すべく組み合わせられる一式のモジュール式の部材によって形成され、モジュール式の部材には、好ましくはお互いに対して正しく配置されるように保証するためのマークまたはタグが設けられ、マークまたはタグは、例えば参照番号または符号の記入ならびに/あるいはRFIDタグなどの無線の手段であり、
シェルが、例えばアルミニウム、プラスチック、セラミック、または木材など、ステンレス鋼以外の材料からなり、
シェルによって構成されるパイプ用の成形チャネルが、例えば一方のシェルのみにチャネルが形成される一方で、他方のシェルではバッグとの接触面が完全に平らであり、および/またはチャネルが半円形以外の断面(例えば、楕円形またはU字形の断面)であるなど、別の構成を有しており、
シェルに取り付けられる補足の装置が、別の配置を有し、ピンチ弁のためのアクチュエータまたは物理化学的な値(圧力、Ph、または温度など)のセンサと異なり、あるいはそもそも省略され、
バッグ11または111などのフィルムが、例えば生物学的液体に適合した複数の層からなる別のフィルム(Hyclone industries社のHyQ(R)CX5−14フィルムや、Lonza社のPlatinum UltraPackフィルム)など、PureFlex(TM)フィルム以外の材料からなり、
大気圧よりも高い圧力の膨張剤の注入作業が、バッグ11または111などの面の接触しているシェルの面による吸引、およびその後に生じるバッグへの空気の単なる進入に相当する膨張剤の注入によって置き換えられ、および/または膨張剤の注入が、シェルにおける吸引と大気圧よりも高い圧力の膨張剤の注入とを同時に行うことによって実行され(当然ながら、シェルによる吸引は、シェルに真空源へと接続されるチャネルが存在し、それらチャネルがバッグと接触するように設けられた面に開いていることによって、実行される)、
コネクタ41などによって注入される膨張剤が、例えば水または他の液体膨張剤など、気体物質とは異なり、および/または2つ以上の膨張コネクタが存在するか、または膨張コネクタが省略されて、膨張剤が経路ネットワークのコネクタのうちの1つによって注入され、
バッグ11または111などのパイプが、バッグの初期の状態においてまったく存在しないのではなく、あらかじめ途中まで形成されており、および/または
形成される回路が、回路59とは異なっており、例えばクロマトグラフィ作業を実行するために、例えばパイプ、コネクタ、およびフィルタの数が異なっている(例えば、フィルタが1つだけであるいはまったく存在しない、など)。

Claims (13)
- 複数のコネクタと、前記コネクタの間で液体を経路付けするためのネットワークと、を備える生物学的液体のための回路を提供するための方法であって、
2枚の可撓フィルム(25、26、125、126)を、閉じられた輪郭を画定するシール(27、127)によって貼り合わせて備えており、前記経路ネットワークのコネクタ(40A−40E)および膨張用コネクタ(41)を、前記輪郭の内側および外側に開くように備えるバッグ(11、111)を得るステップと、
2つのシェル(13、14、13’、14、113、114)を備えるプレス(10、10’、110)を得るステップであって、前記バッグ(11、111)と協働し、前記シェルの間に前記バッグ(11、111)を締め付けて前記膨張用コネクタ(41)を介して膨張剤を注入することによって、前記フィルム(25、26、125、126)の間に前記経路ネットワークのパイプ(12、112A−112F)を形成するように構成されるステップと、
前記バッグ(11、111)を前記シェル(13、14、13’、14、113、114)の間に締め付けて前記膨張用コネクタ(41)を介して膨張剤を注入することによって、前記パイプ(12、112A−112F)を形成するステップとを含み、
前記バッグ(11、111)および前記プレス(10、10’、110)が、少なくとも1つの前記パイプ(12、112A−112F)が少なくとも一部分が専ら前記プレス(10、10’、110)との協働によって画定される輪郭を有するように選択されていることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記膨張用コネクタ(41)が、前記経路ネットワークのコネクタ(40A−40E)とは別であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記膨張剤が、気体であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記パイプ(12、112A−112F)を形成する前記ステップが、前記バッグ(11、111)を前記シェル(13、14、13’、14、113、14)の間に締め付けるステップの前に、膨張剤を注入するステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 膨張剤を注入する前記ステップに、前記バッグを2つのシェル(13、14、13’、14、113、114)の各々のすぐ近くに位置する前記プレス(10’、10、110)を予備的に閉じるステップが先行することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 複数のコネクタと、前記コネクタの間で液体を経路付けするためのネットワークと、を備えており、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得ることができる生物学的液体のための回路であって、
2枚の可撓フィルム(25、26、125、126)を、閉じられた輪郭を画定するシール(27、127)によって貼り合わせて備えており、前記経路ネットワークのコネクタ(40A−40E)および膨張用コネクタ(41)を、前記輪郭の内側および外側に開くように備えるバッグ(11、111)と、
前記バッグ(11、111)を、前記フィルム(25、26、125、126)の間に液体を経路付けするための前記ネットワークのパイプ(12、112A−112F)が膨張剤によって膨張させられて形成された状態で締め付けている2つのシェル(13、14、13’、14、113、114)を備えるプレス(10、10’、110)とを備え、
少なくとも1つの前記パイプ(12、112A−112F)が、少なくとも一部分が専ら前記プレス(10、10’、110)との協働によって画定された輪郭を有していることを特徴とする、回路。 - 前記シェル(13、14、13’、14、113、114)の各々が、前記パイプ(12、112A−112F)の各々のための成形チャネル(16、18、116A−116F、118A−118F)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の回路。
- 前記成形チャネル(116、118、116A−116F、118A−118F)の各々が、半円形の断面であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の回路。
- 少なくとも1つの前記シェル(113、114)が、前記パイプ(112A−112F)の各々のための成形チャネル(116A−116F、118A−118F)を備え、
前記成形チャネル(116A−116F、118A−118F)の各々が、各側において、前記フィルム(125、126)を前記パイプ(112A−112F)に沿って互いに押し付けるように機能するビードのネットワーク(51)の各々のビード(52A−52E)を収容する溝(50A−50E)によって縁取られていることを特徴とする、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載の回路。 - 少なくとも1つの前記シェル(13、113、114)が、前記フィルム(25、26、125、126)を前記パイプ(12、112A−112F)に沿って溶接するための手段(35、51)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6から9のいずれか一項に記載の回路。
- 前記バッグ(111)内に囲まれた少なくとも1つのフィルタ(43、44)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6から10のいずれか一項に記載の回路。
- 少なくとも1つの前記シェル(14、114)が、前記パイプ(12、112A−112F)のピンチ弁の少なくとも1つのアクチュエータ(20、120A−120G)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6から11のいずれか一項に記載の回路。
- 少なくとも1つの前記シェル(14、113)が、物理化学的な値の少なくとも1つのセンサ(21、121A−121D)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6から12のいずれか一項に記載の回路。
