Description

Claims (9)
- 使い捨てフローパスを取り付けるための設置方法であって、
再使用可能な機器に設置すべき管系及び複数のセンサーを手動で準備し、
正確な設置のためのステップ毎のガイダンスをコンピューターによって準備し、
前記ガイダンスに従って再使用可能な機器に管系及び複数のセンサーを手動で設置し、
正確な大きさの管系が設置されたこと、流速及びシステム容量の規格がそのフローパスで満たされること、及びフローメーターが期待された機能性をもたらすことをチェックすることを含む標準規格に基づいて使い捨てフローパスの管系及び複数のセンサーをコンピューターによって検定し、
管系及び複数のセンサーが規格の限界又は許容基準に従う特性及び性能に適合するか否かをコンピューターによって決定する
ことを含む方法。 - 使い捨てフローパスが予め滅菌されている、請求項1記載の方法。
- フローパスが入口マニフォルド、ポンプ管系及び主要部品を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- さらに、管系及び複数のセンサーが機能性試験に合格又は不合格である報告を作成することを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 滅菌された複数のセンサーが、圧力、伝導率、UV吸収及び流速を測定するための少なくとも1種の測定用部品を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 管系及び複数のセンサーが滅菌されている、請求項1記載の方法。
- 滅菌された管系及び滅菌された複数のセンサーがγ線滅菌されている、請求項6記載の方法。
- 管系が蠕動ポンプのポンプ管系である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 使い捨てフローパスを取り付けるためのコンピューター支援方法であって、
再使用可能な機器に設置すべき管系及び複数のセンサーを手動で準備し、
正確な設置のためのステップ毎のガイダンスをコンピューターによって準備し、
前記ガイダンスに従って再使用可能な機器に管系及び複数のセンサーを手動で設置し、
正確な大きさの管系が設置されたこと、流速及びシステム容量の規格がそのフローパスで満たされること、及びフローメーターが期待された機能性をもたらすことをチェックすることを含む標準規格に基づいて使い捨てフローパスの管系及び複数のセンサーをコンピューターによって検定し、
管系及び複数のセンサーが規格の限界又は許容基準に従う特性及び性能に適合するか否かをコンピューターによって決定する
ことを含む方法。
