Abstract
L'invention concerne un récipient de culture présentant des propriétés de culture identiques ou supérieures à une boîte de pétri ou à un flacon en résine de styrène. Ledit récipient est hautement sécuritaire et approprié à la culture à des fins médicales. L'invention concerne également un procédé d'introduction de gène et un procédé de culture cellulaire utilisant tout deux le récipient. Sur la surface d'un corps de récipient recevant des cellules, au moins une partie entrant en contact avec les cellules est formée d'une résine de cyclooléfine.
