Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の制電性組成物は、重合性化合物、樹脂、エラストマー又は粘着性樹脂を含む組成物中に、フルオロ基及びスルホニル基を有する陰イオンを備えた塩が分散されてなる制電性組成物に係る。上記フルオロ基及びスルホニル基を有する陰イオンを備えた塩は、下記一般式(1)で表されるポリアルキレングリコール(ジ/モノ)アルキルエーテル化合物に溶解された状態で分散されていることを特徴とする。

[配合割合]
[重合体型帯電防止剤]
にn−ブチルアクリレート88.0質量部、エチルアクリレート10.0質量部及びヒドロキシエチルメタアクリレート2.0質量部からなっている単量体混合物を投入した後、溶剤にエチルアセテート100質量部を投入した。その後、酸素を除去するために窒素ガスを一時パージした後、62℃に保持した。上記混合物を均一にした後、反応開始剤としてエチルアセテートに50%濃度で希釈させたアゾビスイソブチロニトニル0.03質量部を投入し、9時間反応させてアクリル系共重合体を製造した。

- 重合性化合物、樹脂、エラストマー又は粘着性樹脂を含む組成物中に、フルオロ基およびスルホニル基を有する陰イオンを備えた塩が分散されてなる制電性組成物において、
前記フルオロ基およびスルホニル基を有する陰イオンを備えた塩は、下記一般式(1)で表されるポリアルキレングリコール(ジ/モノ)アルキルエーテル化合物に溶解された状態で分散されていることを特徴とする制電性組成物。
- 前記フルオロ基およびスルホニル基を有する陰イオンを備えた塩は、前記ポリアルキレングリコール(ジ/モノ)アルキルエーテル化合物100質量部に対して、0.1質量部以上200質量部以下の割合で、前記ポリアルキレングリコール(ジ/モノ)アルキルエーテル化合物に溶解されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制電性組成物。
- 前記重合性化合物、樹脂、エラストマー又は粘着性樹脂100質量部に対して、前記フルオロ基およびスルホニル基を有する陰イオンを備えた塩は、0.01質量部以上30質量部以下含まれる請求項1または2に記載の制電性組成物。
- 前記フルオロ基およびスルホニル基を有する陰イオンは、ビス(フルオロアルキルスルホニル)イミドイオン、トリス(フルオロアルキルスルホニル)メチドイオンおよびフルオロアルキルスルホン酸イオンからなる群から選ばれた陰イオンである請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の制電性組成物。
- 前記フルオロ基およびスルホニル基を有する陰イオンを備えた塩は、アルカリ金属、2A族元素、遷移金属、両性金属のいずれかの陽イオンと、前記フルオロ基およびスルホニル基を有する陰イオンとからなる塩である請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の制電性組成物。
- 前記フルオロ基およびスルホニル基を有する陰イオンを備えた塩が、ビス(フルオロアルキルスルホニル)イミドのアルカリ金属塩、トリス(フルオロアルキルスルホニル)メチドのアルカリ金属塩およびトリフルオロアルキルスルホン酸のアルカリ金属塩からなる群から選ばれた塩である請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の制電性組成物。
- 前記ポリアルキレングリコール(ジ/モノ)アルキルエーテル化合物は、トリエチレングリコールジメチルエーテル、テトラエチレングリコールジメチルエーテル、ヘプタエチレングリコールジメチルエーテル、ヘキサエチレングリコールジメチルエーテル、トリエチレングリコールモノメチルエーテル、テトラエチレングリコールモノメチルエーテル、(ドデシルオキシ)トリエチレングリコールモノメチルエーテル及び(ドデシルオキシ)テトラエチレングリコールモノメチルエーテルからなる群より選ばれる、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の制電性組成物。
- 重合体型帯電防止剤がさらに配合されている請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の制電性組成物。
- 前記重合性化合物、樹脂、エラストマー又は粘着性樹脂100質量部に対して、前記重合体型帯電防止剤が0.05質量部以上65質量部以下配合されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の制電性組成物。
- 重合性化合物、樹脂、エラストマー又は粘着性樹脂を含む組成物中に、フルオロ基およびスルホニル基を有する陰イオンを備えた塩が分散されてなる制電性組成物の製造方法であって、
下記一般式(1)で表されるポリアルキレングリコール(ジ/モノ)アルキルエーテル化合物中に、フルオロ基およびスルホニル基を有する陰イオンを備えた塩を溶解してなる塩溶液を準備する工程と、
前記塩溶液と、前記重合性化合物、樹脂、エラストマー又は粘着性樹脂とを一度に配合し、混練し、組成物を形成する工程とを備えたことを特徴とする制電性組成物の製造方法。
- 重合性化合物、樹脂、エラストマー又は粘着性樹脂を含む組成物中に、フルオロ基およびスルホニル基を有する陰イオンを備えた塩が分散されてなる制電性組成物の製造方法であって、
下記一般式(1)で表されるポリアルキレングリコール(ジ/モノ)アルキルエーテル化合物中に、フルオロ基およびスルホニル基を有する陰イオンを備えた塩を溶解してなる塩溶液を準備する工程と、
前記塩溶液(第1成分)と、重合性化合物、樹脂、エラストマー又は粘着性樹脂(第2成分)とを混練し、組成物を形成する工程と、
前記組成物を、さらに前記重合性化合物、樹脂、エラストマー又は粘着性樹脂(第2成分)とを混練あるいはブレンドする工程とを備えた制電性組成物の製造方法。
- 請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の制電性組成物を含む材料を成型してなる成形品。
- 請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の制電性組成物を含む塗料。
- 請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の制電性組成物を成形品表面で硬化させた制電性被覆物。
- 請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の制電性組成物を含む粘着剤。
