Abstract
【解決手段】 車体に揺動可能に連結されるトレーリングアーム21と、左右のトレーリングアーム21を結ぶトーションバー22と、を有する車両に対して車輪30のキャンバ角を変更するキャンバ角可変機構1において、ベース部材23,24と、モータ2と、ウォームホイール3と、可動部材5と、車輪側から順に、第2連結部45、第1連結部34、ギヤ回転軸3bが直線上に並ぶ第1の状態と、車輪側から順に、第2連結部45、ギヤ回転軸3b、第1連結部34が直線上に並ぶ第2の状態と、で状態を切り替える切替手段2と、を備えることを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 車体に揺動可能に連結されるトレーリングアームと、
左右の前記トレーリングアームを結ぶトーションバーと、
を有する車両に対して車輪のキャンバ角を変更するキャンバ角可変機構において、
前記トレーリングアームに固定されたベース部材と、
前記ベース部材に設け、回転駆動力を発生するモータと、
ウォームホイール軸を中心に回転し、前記モータの駆動力を伝達するウォームホイールと、
前記ウォームホイールの前記ウォームホイール軸に対して偏心して、前記ウォームホイールに第1連結部を介して連結される伝達部材と、
前記車輪を回転可能に支持し、前記伝達部材に第2連結部を介して連結され、前記伝達部材から伝達された前記モータの駆動力により前記ベース部材に対して回動することで前記車輪のキャンバ角を変更する可動部材と、
前記車輪側から順に、前記第2連結部、前記第1連結部、前記ギヤ回転軸が直線上に並ぶ第1の状態と、
前記車輪側から順に、前記第2連結部、前記ギヤ回転軸、前記第1連結部が直線上に並ぶ第2の状態と、
で状態を切り替える切替手段と、
を備える
ことを特徴とするキャンバ角可変機構。 - 前記切替手段は、前記モータであり、
前記モータは、第1の状態と第2の状態の時に、自動停止する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャンバ角可変機構。 - 前記ベース部材に対して前記可動部材を支持する2つの連結点を有し、
前記伝達部材の移動軌跡は、前記2つの連結点の垂直二等分線及び前記車輪の回転軸を通る面と重なる
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のキャンバ角可変機構。 - 前記ベース部材は、
前記モータ及び前記ウォームホイールを支持する第1ベース部材と、
前記可動部材を回動可能に支持する第2ベース部材と、
を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1つに記載のキャンバ角可変機構。
