Claims (20)

- (a) 前記複数の繊維の群が、平行の形態、ワイヤ-ロープの形態、編み目の形態、らせんの形態、またはメッシュ状の形態である;
(b) 前記複数の繊維の束が、平行の形態、ワイヤ-ロープの形態、編み目の形態、らせんの形態、またはメッシュ状の形態である;
(c) 前記複数の繊維の鎖が、平行の形態、ワイヤ-ロープの形態、編み目の形態、らせんの形態、またはメッシュ状の形態である;
(d) 前記複数の繊維のコードが、平行の形態、ワイヤ-ロープの形態、編み目の形態、らせんの形態、またはメッシュ状の形態である;または、
(e) これらの組合せである、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のマトリックス。 - マトリックスが、一のねじれ階層レベル、二のねじれ階層レベル、または三のねじれ階層レベルを有する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のマトリックス。
- フィブロイン繊維が、0.876N/繊維の極限の引っ張り強さを有する、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のマトリックス。
- マトリックスが、2000Nより大きい極限の引っ張り強さを有する、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のマトリックス。
- マトリックスが、100〜600N/mmの範囲の直線剛性を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のマトリックス。
- マトリックスが、さらに以下を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のマトリックス;
(a) 絹と、コラーゲン繊維、コラーゲン泡沫、メッシュもしくはスポンジとの複合体;
(b) 絹と、絹泡沫、メッシュもしくはスポンジとの複合体;
(c) 絹と、セルロース、綿、ゼラチン、ポリ乳酸もしくはそのコポリマー、ポリグリコール酸もしくはそのコポリマー、ポリ(ラクチドコグリコリド)、ポリカプロラクトン、ポリアミド、ポリ無水物、ポリアミノ酸、ポリオルトエステル、ポリアセタール、タンパク質、分解性のポリウレタン、多糖類、ポリシアノアクリレート、グリコサミノグリカン、コラーゲン、ならびにエラスチンからなる群から選ばれる、1種以上の生体分解性のポリマーとの複合体;または、
(d) 絹と、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリエチレン、ポリエチレンオキシド、ポリスチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリアクリレート、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリビニル、ポリカーボネート、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリウレタンおよびニトロセルロース材料からなる群から選ばれる1種以上の非生体分解性のポリマーとの複合体。 - フィブロイン繊維が、アルギニン-グリシン-アスパルテート(RGD)ペプチドコーティング、フィブロネクチンコーティング、および増殖因子のカップリングからなる群から選ばれる化学表面改変を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のマトリックス。
- マトリックスが細胞をさらに含む、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載のマトリックス。
- 細胞が自己由来または同種異系である、請求項12に記載のマトリックス。
- 細胞が、成人の幹細胞、胚の幹細胞、多能性細胞、または繊維芽細胞である、請求項12に記載の組成物。
- 細胞が、骨髄間質細胞である、請求項12に記載のマトリックス。
- フィブロイン線維が、20μm〜40μmの範囲の平均直径を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- マトリックスが、マトリックス上での細胞増殖および/または分化を増強するために処理されるものである、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のマトリックス。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれかに記載の絹繊維骨格のマトリックスを含む、個体における組織の産生用マトリックスであって、該マトリックスは、移植されたマトリックスからの組織発達に対して適切な生理的環境を提供する個体内の解剖学的位置に移植するために用いられる、該マトリックス。
- 前記組織が、靱帯、腱、軟骨、骨、結合組織、皮膚、または血管である、請求項18に記載のマトリックス。
- 個体がヒトである、請求項18または19に記載のマトリックス。
