Abstract
【解決手段】交流電源の供給を受けて全波整流する整流部と、整流部により全波整流された電圧の印加を受け、全波整流された昇圧電圧を生成して、パルスイネーブル信号を生成する電圧変換部と、全波整流された昇圧電圧の印加を受け、パルスイネーブル信号に応答して交流LEDを調光するパルス幅変調信号を生成する制御部と、パルス幅変調信号の制御下で交流LEDを駆動するスイッチ部と、交流電源とスイッチ部の間に接続されて交流電源に含まれる電磁気干渉を除去する電磁気干渉フィルタ部と、を含む交流LEDの調光装置。

Claims (15)
- 交流電源の供給を受けて1次全波整流する整流部と、
前記整流部により1次全波整流された電圧の印加を受け、2次全波整流して昇圧された電圧を生成し、パルスイネーブル信号を生成する電圧変換部と、
前記2次全波整流されて昇圧された電圧の印加を受け、前記パルスイネーブル信号に応答して交流LEDを調光するパルス幅変調信号を生成する制御部と、
前記パルス幅変調信号の制御下で前記交流LEDを駆動するスイッチ部と、
を含むことを特徴とする交流LED調光装置。 - 前記交流電源と前記スイッチ部との間に接続され、前記交流電源に含まれる電磁気干渉を除去する電磁気干渉フィルタ部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の交流LED調光装置。
- 前記電磁気干渉フィルタ部は、フィルタキャパシタ及び共通モードインダクタを含むラインフィルタであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の交流LED調光装置。
- 前記共通モードインダクタは、2段以上で直列接続されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の交流LED調光装置。
- 前記整流部は、
前記交流電源の電圧を分圧する分圧回路と、
前記分圧回路により分圧された電圧を全波整流する第1全波整流回路と、
前記第1全波整流回路により全波整流された電圧を安定化させる第1電圧安定化回路と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の交流LED調光装置。 - 前記分圧回路は、
前記交流電源に接続された分圧用キャパシタと、
前記分圧用キャパシタに直列接続された抵抗素子と、
を含み、
前記第1全波整流回路は、前記抵抗素子と前記交流電源との間に接続されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の交流LED調光装置。 - 前記分圧回路は、
前記第1全波整流回路の入力段に並列接続され、所定のツェナー電圧を提供する一対のツェナーダイオードをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の交流LED調光装置。 - 前記電圧変換部は、
前記整流部からの出力電圧の印加を受けてパルス信号を生成するパルス生成回路と、
前記パルス信号の印加を受けて矩形波信号を生成する第1増幅回路と、
1次側で前記矩形波信号の印加を受けて2次側に昇圧された電圧を誘導する変圧器と、
前記変圧器の2次側に誘導される電圧を全波整流し、前記制御部に印加されるパルスイネーブル信号を出力する第2全波整流回路と、
前記第2全波整流回路により全波整流された電圧を安定化させる第2電圧安定化回路と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の交流LED調光装置。 - 前記変圧器の1次側接地端と前記電圧変換部の出力段の接地端との間には、ノイズフィルタがさらに含まれることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の交流LED調光装置。
- 前記第1増幅回路の出力段と前記変圧器の1次側との間には、直流遮断キャパシタがさらに直列接続されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の交流LED調光装置。
- 前記制御部は、
矩形波パルスのデューティ比を制御するデューティ比制御回路と、
前記パルスイネーブル信号の印加を受けて前記矩形波パルスを第1レベルに遷移させ、前記デューティ比制御回路の制御により前記矩形波パルスを第2レベルに遷移させる矩形波パルス生成部と、
前記矩形波パルス生成部の出力の印加を受けて前記パルス幅変調信号を出力する第2増幅回路と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の交流LED調光装置。 - 前記スイッチ部は、
前記パルス幅変調信号が第1レベルの場合、前記交流電源の正の半周期の間は第1動作モードを有し、前記交流電源の負の半周期の間は第2動作モードを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の交流LED調光装置。 - 交流電源の供給を受けてパルス幅変調信号を生成し、
前記パルス幅変調信号の制御下で交流LEDを駆動し、
前記パルス幅変調信号のデューティ比を調節して前記交流LEDを調光すること、
を含むことを特徴とする交流LED調光方法。 - 交流電源の供給を受けて1次全波整流し、
前記1次全波整流された電圧の印加を受け、2次全波整流して昇圧電圧を生成し、パルスイネーブル信号を生成し、
前記2次全波整流された昇圧電圧の印加を受け、前記パルスイネーブル信号に応答してパルス幅変調信号を生成し、
前記パルス幅変調信号の制御下で前記交流電源に応じて双方向にスイッチングして交流LEDを駆動し、
前記パルス幅変調信号のデューティ比を調節して前記交流LEDを調光すること、
を含むことを特徴とする交流LED調光方法。 - 前記交流電源に含まれる電磁気干渉を除去するために、電磁気干渉フィルタリングすること、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13または請求項14に記載の交流LED調光方法。
