Description
米国特許出願公開第2007/182347(A1)号明細書(特許文献2)は、ソリッドステート光源と結合可能なスイッチング電源へトライアックを有する調光器スイッチから可変な電力を供給するインピーダンス整合回路を提供する。例となるインピーダンス整合回路は、スイッチング電源から第1の電流を受けるよう結合される第1の抵抗と、第2の抵抗と、第2の抵抗に直列に結合されるトランジスタとを有し、トランジスタは、ゲート電圧に応答して、第1の抵抗を通る第1の電流の検出レベルに応じて第2の抵抗を通る第2の電流を変調する。
前記電流整形部は、前記可変電源回路からの電流フローを中断及び回復し、前記可変電源回路を通る電流が周期的に前記保持電流レベルを上回ることを確かにし、それにより、前記負荷の平均電流消費量が前記保持電流レベルよりも低い場合でさえ前記可変電源回路を導通状態に保つよう構成される、
ことを特徴とする電力インターフェースによって達成される。
Claims (12)
- 時間依存の保持電流レベルを有する可変電源回路に負荷を接続する電力インターフェースであって、前記負荷と前記可変電源回路との間に動作上接続されるよう配置される電流整形部を有する電力インターフェースにおいて、
前記電流整形部は、前記可変電源回路からの電流フローを中断及び回復し、前記可変電源回路を通る電流が周期的に前記保持電流レベルを上回ることを確かにし、それにより、前記負荷の平均電流消費量が前記保持電流レベルよりも低い場合でさえ前記可変電源回路を導通状態に保つよう構成され、
前記電流整形部は、周期パルス電流を形成するよう構成される、
電力インターフェース。 - 前記パルス電流は、無電流のパルスと、前記可変電源回路の必要とされる保持電流レベルよりも高い電流のパルスとを有する、
請求項1に記載の電力インターフェース。 - 前記電流整形部の周期T1は5から50マイクロ秒、望ましくは15から30マイクロ秒である、
請求項1又は2に記載の電力インターフェース。 - 前記周期T1は、前記可変電源回路におけるキャパシタンスによって定められる、
請求項3に記載の電力インターフェース。 - 前記電流整形部は、前記可変電源回路に供給される本線電圧のピーク値よりも高い最低順方向電圧を前記負荷に供給するよう構成される、

請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか一項に記載の電力インターフェース。 - 前記ブーストコンバータは、固定ピーク電流に設定される、

請求項1乃至7のうちいずれか一項に記載の電力インターフェース。 - 前記保持電流レベルは、前記可変電源回路及び該可変電源回路に含まれるスイッチの回路トポロジによって決定される、
請求項1乃至8のうちいずれか一項に記載の電力インターフェース。 - 前記電流整形部と前記負荷との間に並列に配置されるキャパシタを更に有する、
請求項1乃至9のうちいずれか一項に記載の電力インターフェース。 - 前記負荷は光源を有する、
請求項10に記載の電力インターフェース。 - 前記キャパシタのキャパシタンスは、光源によって出力される光のフリッカの所定最大量に従って決定される、
