Claims (10)
- アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金製のシートから容器を製造し、
完成した容器上で、前記アルミニウムシートの表面が少なくとも部分的に可視的である、
前記容器の製造方法であって、
完成した前記容器上で可視的である少なくとも前記アルミニウムシートの成形及び/又は接合の結果として、前記容器を少なくとも部分的に予備加工し、そして、次に、少なくとも予備加工された容器の全体に、機械的ブラスティングによって表面加工を施すことを特徴とする、前記方法。 - アルミニウムシートを成形及び/又は接合することによって容器を最終的に組立てて、そして、最終的に組み立てられた容器全体を、最後の製造工程中で、機械的にブラスティングすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ガラスビーズ、コランダム、ホワイトコランダム、砂及び/又は鋼球を使用して、機械的ブラスティングを実施することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 容器が、液体又は易流動性製品用の、圧力容器、燃料タンク(特に、モジュラー式構造燃料タンク)、又は、輸送容器であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- タイプ3xxx、5xxx、及び/又は6xxxのアルミニウム合金製のアルミニウムシートを使用する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 特に、請求項1〜5に記載の方法によって製造され、少なくとも部分的にアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金のシートからなる、前記容器であって、
使用されるアルミニウムシートの表面が、前記容器上で少なくとも部分的に可視的である、
前記容器において、
前記アルミニウムシートを接合及び/又は成形することによって前記容器を少なくとも部分的に組立てた後に、少なくとも予備加工された容器の全体を機械的にブラスティングすることによって、前記容器の可視的なアルミニウム表面を表面加工することを特徴とする、
