Description
「電気機械」の語は、電動モータと発電機の組合せを意味する。電気機械は電気により駆動されてシャフトに出力トルクを供給するか、電気を発生させるためシャフトにトルクを印加することにより機械的に駆動される。

ロックアップまたはトルクコンバータ150なしで、第2電気機械の一方17aおよび第2電気機械の他方17bにより、
ロックアップまたはトルクコンバータ150なしで第2電気機械の他方17bにより、
駆動輪130が駆動される。
Claims (22)
- 実行部(2)を作動させることおよび/または作業機械(1)を操縦することを包含する少なくとも二つの機能に適応した作業機械(1)において、該機械が、
前記機能の各々に1個の油圧回路である少なくとも2個の油圧回路(121,122,123)であって、各油圧回路が、関連する実行または操縦機能を行使するための少なくとも1台の油圧ポンプ(100a,100b,100c)を包含する、少なくとも2個の油圧回路と、
前記油圧ポンプ(100a,100b,100c)への個別エネルギー供給および該ポンプからのエネルギー抽出のため該ポンプの各々に駆動接続された、独立した第1電気機械(18a,18b,18c)と、
駆動輪(130)を介して前記作業機械を作動させるための伝達系(110,210,310)であって、前記油圧回路(121,122,123)と該伝達系(110,210,310)との間の動力の交換のため前記第1電気機械に機能的に接続された少なくとも1台の電気機械(17a,17b)を包含する伝達系と、
を包含することを特徴とする、作業機械。 - 前記油圧回路(121,122,123)と前記伝達系(110,210,310)とへ動力を提供するのに適応した動力源(120,200)を包含することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の作業機械。
- 前記動力源(120)が内燃エンジンにより構成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の作業機械。
- 前記伝達系(110)が、前記駆動輪(130)に対する前記動力源(120)の嵌合および解離のための伝達ユニット(150)を包含することを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の作業機械。
- 前記伝達ユニットが流体力学的トルクコンバータ(150)であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の作業機械。
- 前記流体力学的トルクコンバータ(150)が、該トルクコンバータの伝達比が固定されるロックアップ機能を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の作業機械。
- 前記伝達ユニット(150)が機械クラッチであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の作業機械。
- 前記少なくとも1台の第2電気機械(17a)のうち1台のみに動力を供給するように、前記動力源(120,200)が該第2電気機械の1個(17a)に機能的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の作業機械。
- 前記伝達系(210,310)が別の第2電気機械(17b)を包含することと、前記動力源(120,200)に機能的に接続された前記第2電気機械(17a)が、動力の交換のため該別の第2電気機械(17b)に機能的に接続されることとを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の作業機械。
- 前記動力源(200)が、電気を供給するための電力発生モータ(200)であることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の作業機械。
- 前記電力発生モータ(200)が燃料電池である、請求項10に記載の作業機械。
- 前記電力発生モータ(200)が、発電機を備える内燃エンジンである、請求項10に記載の作業機械。
- 前記電力発生モータ(200)が、発電機を備えるガスタービンである、請求項10に記載の作業機械。
- 前記電力発生モータ(200)が、発電機を備えるフリーピストンエンジンである、請求項10に記載の作業機械。
- 前記伝達系(210,310)がギヤボックス(140)を包含することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至14のいずれかに記載の作業機械。
- 前記作業機械(1)が、前記第1電気機械(18a,18b,18c)および/または少なくとも1台の第2電気機械(17a,17b)に機能的に接続された電機エネルギー蓄積手段(19)を包含することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至15のいずれかに記載の作業機械。
- 前記電気機械(17a,17b,18a,18b,18c)の1台以上が、前記電気機械が発電機として機能する時に前記電気エネルギー蓄積手段(19)を充電するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の作業機械。
- 前記少なくとも1台の第2電気機械(17a,17b)のうち1台以上が、前記作業機械(1)の制動動作中に該作業機械の前記駆動輪(130)を制動するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至17のいずれかに記載の作業機械。
- 前記少なくとも1台の第2電気機械(17a,17b)のうち1台以上が、前記実行部(2)の操作中または前記作業機械(1)の加速中に、該作業機械(1)の前記駆動輪(130)を駆動するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至18のいずれかに記載の作業機械。
- 前記少なくとも1台の第2電気機械(17a,17b)のうち1台以上が、前記内燃エンジン(120)の回転速度と前記伝達系(110)の回転速度とを相互に適合させることにより前記伝達ユニット(150)の直接動作状態の結合または切断を容易にするように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項4乃至7のいずれかに記載の作業機械。
- 前記作業機械が、3台の油圧ポンプ、つまり前記実行部の上昇および下降機能を提供するように構成された第1油圧ポンプ(100a)と、該実行部の傾斜機能を提供するように構成された第2油圧ポンプ(100b)と、該作業機械の操縦機能を提供するように構成された第3油圧ポンプ(100c)とを包含することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至20のいずれかに記載の作業機械。
- 前記作業機械がホイールローダ(1)である、請求項1乃至21のいずれかに記載の作業機械。
