Description
率を高めることができるハイブリッド式ホイールローダを提供することにある。
前記ハイブリッド制御装置は、前記走行部の走行動作に必要なパワーと前記油圧作業部の動作に必要なパワーとを加算することにより、車両の動作に必要なパワーを演算する必要パワー演算部と、前記エンジンの動作範囲を規定する第1の回転数と第2の回転数とをそれぞれ予め設定する規定回転数設定部と、前記必要パワー演算部によって演算されたパワーに応じて、前記エンジンの回転数を前記第1の回転数と前記第2の回転数との間で可変速制御を行う可変速制御部と、前記蓄電装置の充放電の制御を行う蓄電装置電力制御部と、を含み、前記必要パワー演算部によって演算されたパワーが前記エンジンの回転数の上限に相当する所定の高パワーよりも大きい場合、前記規定回転数設定部は前記第1の回転数を前記エンジンの回転数の上限として予め設定し、前記可変速制御部は前記エンジンの回転数を前記第1の回転数に制限し、前記必要パワー演算部によって演算されたパワーが前記エンジンの回転数の下限に相当する所定の低パワーよりも小さい場合、前記規定回転数設定部は前記第2の回転数を前記エンジンの回転数の下限として予め設定し、前記可変速制御部は前記エンジンの回転数を前記第2の回転数に制御し、前記可変速制御部によって前記エンジンの回転数が前記第2の回転数に可変速制御され、前記エンジンの出力パワーのみでは前記油圧作業部のパワー不足が生じる場合、前記蓄電装置電力制御部は前記必要パワー演算部によって演算されたパワーに対する前記エンジンのパワー不足分に応じた前記蓄電装置の電力を前記電動発電機及び前記電動機へそれぞれ放電し、前記電動発電機を電動機として作動させて前記油圧作業部を前記エンジンの出力パワーと前記蓄電装置から出力されるパワーとを合計したパワーで動作させると共に、前記電動機を前記蓄電装置から出力されるパワーのみで駆動させることを特徴としている。
(1)車両の動作に必要なパワーに対して、エンジン12の燃費特性において燃費の良好な領域でエンジン12の回転数を制御すること
(2)エンジン12の回転数に上限を設定し、エンジン12の高回転に伴うロストルクの発生を低減すること
(3)エンジン12の回転数に下限を設定し、エンジン12が低回転で動作してから通常の回転数へ復帰させる際に必要となる加速トルクを低減すること
本発明の第2実施形態が前述した第1実施形態と異なるのは、図5に示すように、第1実施形態に係る蓄電装置制御部35Cの蓄電装置電力制御部35C1は、可変速制御部35B2によって可変速制御されたエンジン12の回転数が第1の回転数E1のとき、必要パワー演算部35Aによって演算された必要パワーに対するエンジン12のパワーの不足分に応じた蓄電装置29の電力を電動機26へ供給する制御を行ったのに対して、第2実施形態に係る蓄電装置制御部45Cの蓄電装置電力制御部45C1は、可変速制御部35B2によって可変速制御されたエンジン12の回転数が第2の回転数E2のとき、必要パワー演算部35Aによって演算された必要パワーに対するエンジン12のパワーの不足分に応じた蓄電装置29の電力を電動発電機25へ供給する制御を行うようにしたことである。

Claims (1)
- エンジンと、
前記エンジンの出力軸に連結され、前記エンジンの動力のアシスト及び発電を行う電動発電機と、
前記電動発電機で発電された電力によって動作する電動機と、
前記電動機により駆動される走行部と、
前記エンジンの動力で作動する油圧ポンプから供給される圧油により駆動する油圧作業部と、
前記電動発電機で発電された電力を蓄える蓄電装置と、
前記エンジン及び前記電動機を動力源とするハイブリッドシステムを制御するハイブリッド制御装置と、を備え、
前記ハイブリッド制御装置は、
前記走行部の走行動作に必要なパワーと前記油圧作業部の動作に必要なパワーとを加算することにより、車両の動作に必要なパワーを演算する必要パワー演算部と、
前記エンジンの動作範囲を規定する第1の回転数と第2の回転数とをそれぞれ予め設定する規定回転数設定部と、
前記必要パワー演算部によって演算されたパワーに応じて、前記エンジンの回転数を前記第1の回転数と前記第2の回転数との間で可変速制御を行う可変速制御部と、
前記蓄電装置の充放電の制御を行う蓄電装置電力制御部と、を含み、
前記必要パワー演算部によって演算されたパワーが前記エンジンの回転数の上限に相当する所定の高パワーよりも大きい場合、前記規定回転数設定部は前記第1の回転数を前記エンジンの回転数の上限として予め設定し、前記可変速制御部は前記エンジンの回転数を前記第1の回転数に制限し、
前記必要パワー演算部によって演算されたパワーが前記エンジンの回転数の下限に相当する所定の低パワーよりも小さい場合、前記規定回転数設定部は前記第2の回転数を前記エンジンの回転数の下限として予め設定し、前記可変速制御部は前記エンジンの回転数を前記第2の回転数に制御し、
前記可変速制御部によって前記エンジンの回転数が前記第2の回転数に可変速制御され、前記エンジンの出力パワーのみでは前記油圧作業部のパワー不足が生じる場合、前記蓄電装置電力制御部は前記必要パワー演算部によって演算されたパワーに対する前記エンジンのパワー不足分に応じた前記蓄電装置の電力を前記電動発電機及び前記電動機へそれぞれ放電し、前記電動発電機を電動機として作動させて前記油圧作業部を前記エンジンの出力パワーと前記蓄電装置から出力されるパワーとを合計したパワーで動作させると共に、前記電動機を前記蓄電装置から出力されるパワーのみで駆動させる
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド式ホイールローダ。
