Claims (10)
- 電子部品を半田により接合した基板と、
前記基板と異なる線膨張係数の材料から形成され前記基板を収納するケースと、
を備え、
前記基板は前記ケース内に板厚方向を拘束されることで展延方向に可動なように保持されるとともに、前記基板の1箇所を展延方向に拘束した
圧縮機用電子回路装置。 - 前記基板の1箇所をネジによって延展方向に拘束した
請求項1に記載の圧縮機用電子回路装置。 - 前記基板の材料はコンポジットであるガラス布・ガラス不織布エポキシ樹脂であり、
