Claims (15)
- プロトン伝導性ポリマーと、水不溶性プロトン伝導性無機材料と、前記無機材料に共有結合することによって固定化したヘテロポリ酸とを含む複合材で作製した燃料電池構成要素。
- 複合材が、約30nm未満の平均直径を有する粒子を含む、請求項1に記載の燃料電池構成要素。
- プロトン伝導性ポリマーが官能基を有することにより、複合材の製造中に立体安定剤として作用し、これによって成長粒子を安定化させる、請求項2に記載の燃料電池構成要素。
- ヘテロポリ酸の固定化がポリマー溶液内またはポリマー膜内で行われる、請求項1に記載の燃料電池構成要素。
- ヘテロポリ酸がタングステンまたはモリブデンを含む、請求項1に記載の燃料電池構成要素。
- 無機材料が金属化合物である、請求項1に記載の燃料電池構成要素。
- ヘテロポリ酸が、水不溶性の金属リン酸塩または金属ホスホン酸塩上に固定化されている、請求項1に記載の燃料電池構成要素。
- 固定化したHPAおよび非修飾HPAの酸性度が実質的に同じである、請求項1に記載の燃料電池構成要素。
- 固定化したHPAの表面積が、非修飾HPAと実質的に同じか、またはそれを超える、請求項1に記載の燃料電池構成要素。
- 固定化したHPAの多孔度が、非修飾HPAと実質的に同じか、またはそれを超える、請求項1に記載の燃料電池構成要素。
- 固定化したHPAが、液体の水によって、実質的に溶解および/または抽出できない、請求項1に記載の燃料電池構成要素。
- 固定化したHPAが、1.5M硫酸によって、実質的に溶解および/または抽出できない、請求項1に記載の燃料電池構成要素。
- 固定化したHPAが、液体のメタノール、エタノール、ブタノール、および高級アルコールによって、実質的に溶解および/または抽出できない、請求項1に記載の燃料電池構成要素。
- 固定化したHPAが、過酸化水素またはギ酸によって、実質的に溶解および/または抽出できない、請求項1に記載の燃料電池構成要素。
- 膜電極接合体であり、前記複合材が前記膜電極接合体中のバインダーとして使用される、請求項1に記載の燃料電池構成要素。
