Claims (2)
- 固体高分子形燃料電池でプロトンを伝導するために用いられるプロトン伝導材料の製造方法であって、
化学式Zr(OH)4で表される水酸化ジルコニウムと下記化学式(1)で表される1−ヒドロキシエチリデン−1,1−ジホスホン酸とを混合して反応させることによりホスホン酸ジルコニウムのコロイド溶液を合成する第1合成工程と、
化学式SiO212WO3 26H2Oで表されるタングストケイ酸を前記コロイド溶液に混合して前記ホスホン酸ジルコニウムに前記タングストケイ酸をドープする第2合成工程とを含み、
前記第2合成工程で混合される前記タングストケイ酸のモル比は、前記水酸化ジルコニウムを1として、0.012〜0.0375の範囲内である
ことを特徴とする固体高分子形燃料電池用のプロトン伝導材料の製造方法。
- 請求項1の製造方法により得られた、前記ホスホン酸ジルコニウムに前記タングストケイ酸がドープされた複合材料を含む固体高分子形燃料電池用のプロトン伝導材料。
