Abstract
【解決手段】車両が停止している状態で、第1の油圧を、排出側の最大位置よりも所定量だけ中立位置側となる位置に変速制御弁を制御するように変速アクチュエータの位置を制御し、第2の油圧を所定油圧まで高くするようにセカンダリプーリ圧制御手段を制御して、変速比をLow側に変化させる。

Claims (2)
- 溝幅を第1の油圧によって変化させる入力側のプライマリプーリと、
溝幅を第2の油圧によって変化させる出力側のセカンダリプーリと、
前記プライマリプーリと前記セカンダリプーリとに巻き掛けられ、前記溝幅に応じてプーリとの接触半径が変化するベルトと、を有し、
車両のエンジンの出力側から伝達された回転力をプライマリプーリからセカンダリプーリに前記ベルトを介して伝達すると共に、前記接触半径の関係で定まる変速比が無段階に変化する無段変速機を制御するベルト式無段変速機の制御装置において、
車速を検出する車速検出手段と、
変速アクチュエータと、
前記プライマリプーリの可動フランジの位置と前記変速アクチュエータの位置との物理的な位置関係に対応して、前記プライマリプーリに前記第1の油圧を供給する位置、前記第1の油圧を排出する位置、中立位置に切り替えられ、前記第1の油圧を制御する変速制御弁と、
前記第2の油圧を制御するセカンダリプーリ圧制御手段と、
前記車両が停止している状態で、前記第1の油圧を排出するように前記変速アクチュエータの位置により前記変速制御弁を制御し、前記第2の油圧を所定油圧まで高くするように前記セカンダリプーリ圧制御手段を制御して、前記プライマリプーリ及び前記セカンダリプーリの非回転状態で前記ベルトの前記プライマリプーリとの前記接触半径を縮小方向に、かつ、前記セカンダリプーリとの前記接触半径を拡大方向に変位させて前記変速比をLow側に変化させる停車時Low戻し制御手段と、
を備え、
前記停車時Low戻し制御手段は、前記第1の油圧を、排出側の最大位置よりも所定量だけ中立位置側となる位置に前記変速制御弁を制御するように、前記変速アクチュエータの位置を制御することを特徴とするベルト式無段変速機の制御装置。 - 前記プライマリプーリの回転角度を検出することによって前記プライマリプーリの回転速度を検出するプライマリプーリ回転速度検出手段を備え、
前記停車時Low戻し制御手段は、前記車両が停止している状態で、前記プライマリプーリの回転角度が所定量を超えた場合に、前記第1の油圧を供給する位置に前記変速制御弁を制御するように、前記変速アクチュエータの位置を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベルト式無段変速機の制御装置。
