Description
ERRstep=StepMdl−(Bstep+GTstep+Gstep)・・・式(1)
によって算出する。つまり、ステップモータ27の位置ずれ量ERRstepを、規範モデルステップ数StepMdlと、実変速機比対応ステップ数Bstepに目標偏差量GTstepと原点学習値Gstepとを加算した加算値と、の偏差から算出する。原点学習値Gstepは、ステップモータ27をユニットとして取り付ける際に生じる取り付けばらつきを補正することを目的に、変速しない定常状態が一定時間継続したら、その状態での実変速比に基づくステップモータ27のステップ数と、実際のステップモータ27のステップ数とのずれ量を学習した学習値である。

Claims (2)
- 油圧に応じて溝幅が変化する入力側のプライマリプーリと、
油圧に応じて溝幅が変化する出力側のセカンダリプーリと、
前記プライマリプーリと前記セカンダリプーリとに巻き掛けられ、前記溝幅に応じてプーリ接触半径が変化するベルトと、を備えた無段変速機のライン圧制御装置において、
運転状態によって前記プライマリプーリの油圧を変化させるアクチュエータと、
目標変速比に対応するアクチュエータの操作位置である規範モデル操作位置を算出する規範モデル操作位置算出手段と、
前記プライマリプーリと前記セカンダリプーリとの実変速比から前記アクチュエータの実操作位置を算出する実操作位置算出手段と、
プライマリプーリ入力トルクを算出するプライマリプーリ入力トルク算出手段と、
前記プライマリプーリ入力トルクの高トルク側のアクチュエータの操作位置ずれ補正量を、前記プライマリプーリ入力トルクの低トルク側の前記アクチュエータの操作位置ずれ補正量よりも大きく算出するアクチュエータ操作位置ずれ補正量算出手段と、
前記規範モデル操作位置と、前記実操作位置と、前記アクチュエータの操作位置ずれ補正量と、に基づいて、前記プライマリプーリの油圧と前記セカンダリプーリの油圧との元圧となるライン圧を制御するライン圧制御手段と、を備え、
前記ライン圧制御手段は、
前記規範モデル操作位置と、前記実操作位置に前記アクチュエータの操作位置ずれ補正量とを加えた加算値、の偏差に基づいて、ライン圧補正量を算出するライン圧補正量算出手段を備え、前記ライン圧補正量に基づいて、前記ライン圧を制御することを特徴とする無段変速機のライン圧制御装置。 - 前記プライマリプーリの油圧を検出するプライマリプーリ圧検出手段と、
前記偏差の符号が正である場合に、前記プライマリプーリの油圧に所定値を加算したライン圧上限値を算出するライン圧上限値算出手段と、を備え、
前記ライン圧補正量算出手段は、前記アクチュエータの操作量の符号が正である場合に前記ライン圧補正量を前記ライン圧が前記ライン圧上限値を超えないように制限することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無段変速機のライン圧制御装置。
