Abstract
【解決手段】バインダーとしてのSn金属粉末の溶融により軸受面に形成された表面開孔の最大径dを、0μm<d≦25μmの範囲内とした。このために、最大粒径が25μm以下のバインダー金属粉末を用いた。

Claims (6)
- 主成分金属粉末及びバインダー金属粉末を含む混合粉末を焼結して得られる焼結軸受であって、
バインダー金属粉末の溶融により軸受面に形成された表面開孔の最大径dが、0μm<d≦25μmの範囲内であることを特徴とする焼結軸受。 - 最大粒径が25μm以下のバインダー金属粉末を用いた請求項1記載の焼結軸受。
- 最大粒径が50μm以下の主成分金属粉末を用いた請求項1記載の焼結軸受。
- 最小粒径が10μm以上の混合粉末を用いた請求項1記載の焼結軸受。
- 混合粉末におけるバインダー金属粉末の混合比率が、0.2質量%以上、10質量%以下の範囲内である請求項1記載の焼結軸受。
- 請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の焼結軸受と、その内周に挿入した軸部材とを備え、焼結軸受の内周面と軸部材の外周面との間に形成されたラジアル軸受隙間に生じる潤滑膜の動圧作用で軸部材を支持する動圧軸受装置。
