Claims (9)
- Cu粉末と、SUS粉末とを含む混合金属粉末を圧縮成形した後、750℃以上かつ1000℃以下の温度で焼結して得られた焼結金属材で形成され、その内周に、支持すべき軸の摺動面を流体の潤滑膜を介して支持する軸受面が設けられ、
焼結金属材の密度が7.0g/cm 3 以上かつ7.4g/cm 3 以下に調整されている焼結含油軸受。 - 前記混合金属粉末は、5wt%以上95wt%以下の前記Cu粉末と、5wt%以上95wt%以下の前記SUS粉末とを含む請求項1に記載の焼結含油軸受。
- 前記Cu粉末のサイズが、前記SUS粉末と同等、あるいはそれ以下である請求項1に記載の焼結含油軸受。
- 前記混合金属粉末に、さらに低融点金属の粉末を配合した請求項1に記載の焼結含油軸受。
- 前記混合金属粉末は、5wt%以上94.5wt%以下の前記Cu粉末と、5wt%以上50wt%以下の前記SUS粉末と、0.5wt%以上10wt%以下の前記低融点金属粉末とを含む請求項4に記載の焼結含油軸受。
- 前記混合金属粉末に、さらに固体潤滑剤として黒鉛を配合した請求項1に記載の焼結含油軸受。
- 前記軸受面に動圧発生部が形成された請求項1に記載の焼結含油軸受。
- 請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の焼結含油軸受を有する流体軸受装置。
- 請求項8に記載の流体軸受装置を備えたモータ。
