Claims (3)
- スリーブ部を有する固定部材と、軸部および軸部の一端に設けたフランジ部を有する回転部材と、前記スリーブ部の内周面とこれに対向する前記軸部の外周面との間に形成されるラジアル軸受部と、フランジ部の端面とこれに対向するスリーブ部の端面との間に形成されるスラスト軸受部と、前記回転部材の回転に伴い、前記ラジアル軸受部に流体の動圧作用を生じる動圧発生部とを備え、前記回転部材は、前記軸部の他端に固定したハブを有し、該ハブに複数枚のディスクが保持される動圧軸受装置において、
前記ハブに保持される前記複数枚のディスクを含めた回転部材の総重量P[N]を、前記軸部の外径寸法d[mm]と前記ラジアル軸受部の有効軸受スパンY[mm]との積で除した値P/(d×Y)が0.02以上0.12以下となるよう、外径寸法dおよび有効軸受スパンYが定められ、
前記軸部はSUS鋼で形成されると共に、
前記スリーブ部が、60wt%以上80wt%以下のFe粉末を含む原料粉末を圧縮成形し、焼結してなることを特徴とする動圧軸受装置。 - 前記原料粉末は、60wt%以上80wt%以下の前記Fe粉末と、20wt%以上40wt%以下のCu粉末とを含む請求項1記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の動圧軸受装置と、該動圧軸受装置の前記回転部材を回転駆動させる駆動部と、前記ディスクとを具備したディスク駆動装置。
