Claims (7)
- 金属粉末の圧縮成形体を焼結してなる焼結軸受であって、
前記金属粉末が分離合金粉を含み、
前記分離合金粉の各粒子が、第1領域と、第1領域とは異なる金属材料からなり、第1領域の表面の少なくとも一部を被覆した第2領域とを有し、
前記分離合金粉は、第1領域と第2領域の金属材料を溶融状態で混合して冷却固化することで、両領域の界面の少なくとも一部が合金化されている焼結軸受。 - 第1領域がFe系金属材料からなる請求項1記載の焼結軸受。
- 前記Fe系金属材料がSUS鋼である請求項2記載の焼結軸受。
- 第2領域がCu系金属材料からなる請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の焼結軸受。
- 前記分離合金粉がアトマイズ法で製造されたものである請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の焼結軸受。
- 流体動圧軸受として使用され、軸受面に、流体に動圧作用を発生させる動圧発生部を形成した請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の焼結軸受。
- 請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の焼結軸受と、焼結軸受の内周に挿入された軸部材とを備えた流体動圧軸受装置。
