Abstract
【解決手段】トルクコンバータにおいて、タービン6と、振動減衰器32と、カバー12とが設けられており、カバー12が羽根22を有しており、クラッチパック10が設けられており、羽根22が、クラッチパック10に向かう流体流又はクラッチパック10から離れる流体流を増大するようになっている。

トルクコンバータは、タービンと、振動減衰器と、羽根を有するカバーと、クラッチパックとを有しており、羽根は、クラッチパックに向かう流体流及びクラッチパックから離れる流体流を増大させる。
Claims (10)
- トルクコンバータにおいて、
タービンと、
振動減衰器と、
カバーとが設けられており、該カバーが羽根を有しており、
クラッチパックが設けられており、羽根が、クラッチパックに向かう流体流又はクラッチパックから離れる流体流を増大するようになっていることを特徴とする、トルクコンバータ。 - クラッチパックをバイパスする一次流体流と、クラッチパックを通過する二次流体流とが設けられている、請求項1記載のトルクコンバータ。
- 一次流体流が、タービンと振動減衰器との間に存在する、請求項2記載のトルクコンバータ。
- 羽根が、クラッチパックに向かう流体流を増大する、請求項1記載のトルクコンバータ。
- 羽根が、クラッチパックから離れる流体流を増大する、請求項1記載のトルクコンバータ。
- クラッチパックがクラッチライニングを有する、請求項1記載のトルクコンバータ。
- クラッチライニングが溝を有する、請求項6記載のトルクコンバータ。
- 羽根が、クラッチパックに向かって軸方向内方に面している、請求項1記載のトルクコンバータ。
- 羽根が、クラッチから離れる方向に軸方向外方に面している、請求項1記載のトルクコンバータ。
- トルクコンバータを作動させる方法において、
一次トルクコンバータ流体流を方向付け、流体流がロックアップクラッチパックをバイパスし、
クラッチパックを通過するために一次流から外れた二次流を増大させるためにトルクコンバータのカバーに結合された羽根を使用することを特徴とする、トルクコンバータを作動させる方法。
