Abstract
【解決手段】蓋部材10をブラケット6に固定し、あるいは、蓋部材10とブラケット6を一体成形し、蓋部材10の抜け耐力をブラケット6で受け持つ。これにより、ハウジング7と蓋部材10との間に要求される固定力を軽減し、あるいはこれらの固定を不要とすることができるため、ハウジング7の材質に関わらず蓋部材10の抜け耐力を維持することができる。

Claims (5)
- ブラケットの内周面に固定され、軸方向両側に開口した外側部材と、外側部材の一端側の開口部を閉塞する蓋部材と、外側部材の内周に収容された軸部材と、軸部材の外周面が面するラジアル軸受隙間とを備えた流体軸受装置において、
蓋部材をブラケットに固定したことを特徴とする流体軸受装置。 - さらに、蓋部材を外側部材に固定した請求項1記載の流体軸受装置。
- 蓋部材に、外側部材の開口部を覆うプレート部と、プレート部の外径端から軸方向に延びた固定部を設け、この固定部の外周面をブラケットに固定した請求項1記載の流体軸受装置。
- ブラケットの内周面に固定され、軸方向両端に開口した外側部材と、外側部材の一端側の開口部を閉塞する蓋部材と、外側部材の内周に収容された軸部材と、軸部材の外周面が面するラジアル軸受隙間とを備えた流体軸受装置において、
蓋部材とブラケットを一体成形したことを特徴とする流体軸受装置。 - 請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の流体軸受装置と、ブラケットの外周面に固定されたステータコイルと、ステータコイルの電磁力で相対回転するロータマグネットとを備えたモータ。
