Claims (2)
- 小径内周面、小径内周面の軸方向一方に設けられた第1の大径内周面、小径内周面の軸方向他方に設けられた第2の大径内周面、小径内周面と第1の大径内周面との間に設けられた第1の肩面、小径内周面と第2の大径内周面との間に設けられた第2の肩面、及び、前記第1の肩面及び第2の肩面に開口し、内部を潤滑流体が流通する軸方向の貫通孔を有し、貫通孔も含めて一体に射出成形された軸受部材と、軸受部材の内周に挿入され、軸部及びフランジ部を有する軸部材と、軸受部材の第2の肩面又はこれとスラスト方向で対向する軸部材のフランジ部の端面に形成されたスラスト動圧発生部とを備え、軸受部材の小径内周面と軸部の外周面との間のラジアル軸受隙間に生じる潤滑流体の動圧作用で軸部材をラジアル方向に支持すると共に、軸受部材の第2の肩面とフランジ部の端面との間のスラスト軸受隙間に生じる潤滑流体の動圧作用で軸部材をスラスト方向に支持する動圧軸受装置であって、
前記貫通孔が、軸方向一方側ほど断面積を拡大させた形態を成し、第1の肩面に開口した断面矩形の第1流路と、第1流路の軸方向他方に設けられ、第1流路よりも断面積が小さい断面矩形の第2流路とを有し、前記貫通孔の軸方向他方側の端部が、前記第2の肩面のうち、前記スラスト動圧発生部よりも外径側に開口し、前記第1流路の外径側の面と前記第2流路の外径側の面が同一面状に形成され、
前記貫通孔の軸方向一方の開口部の周縁が、前記第1の肩面の外径端と二点(P,P)で接触し、この接触点(P,P)から、貫通孔の中心線Oと平行に延びる動圧軸受装置。 - 軸部材の軸部の外周面との間でラジアル軸受隙間を形成する小径内周面、小径内周面の軸方向一方に設けられた第1の大径内周面、小径内周面の軸方向他方に設けられた第2の大径内周面、小径内周面と第1の大径内周面との間に設けられた第1の肩面、小径内周面と第2の大径内周面との間に設けられ、軸部材のフランジ部の端面との間でスラスト軸受隙間を形成する第2の肩面、前記第1の肩面及び第2の肩面に開口し、内部を潤滑流体が流通する軸方向の貫通孔、及び、第2の肩面に形成されたスラスト動圧発生部を有する軸受部材を一体に射出成形するための金型であって、
貫通孔を成形する成形ピンと、前記第1の肩面を成形する第1の成形面と、前記第2の肩面を成形する第2の成形面と、前記第2の成形面に形成され、前記スラスト動圧発生部を成形するための成形型と、前記第1の成形面の外径端に設けられ、前記成形ピンが挿入される固定穴とを有し、
前記成形ピンが、軸方向一方側ほど断面積を拡大させた形態を成し、前記固定穴に挿入された断面矩形の第1成形ピンと、第1成形ピンの軸方向他方に設けられ、第1成形ピンよりも断面積が小さい断面矩形の第2成形ピンとを有し、前記成形ピンの軸方向他方側の端部が、前記成形型よりも外径側に配され、さらに、前記第1成形ピンの外径側の面と前記第2成形ピンの外径側の面が同一面状に形成され、
前記固定穴の開口部の周縁が、前記第1の成形面の外径端と二点(P’,P’)で接触し、この接触点(P’,P’)から、貫通孔の中心線Oと平行に延びる軸受部材の射出成形金型。
