Abstract
【解決手段】成形ピン23を、仮想円筒面C’に対して二点で接触する(接触点をP’で表す)断面形状とした。これにより、固定穴21b1のアンダーカットが小さくなるか、もしくは消滅するため、金型の加工が容易となる。また、円筒面21cと固定穴21b1との間の角部21dが鈍化されるので、金型が変形・破損し難くなる。よって、金型製作コストの低廉化が可能となり、軸受装置の低コスト化を図ることができる。

Claims (5)
- 大径内周面、小径内周面、大径内周面と小径内周面との間の肩面、及び内部を潤滑流体が流通する軸方向の貫通孔を有し、貫通孔も含めて型成形された軸受部材と、軸受部材の内周に挿入された軸部材とを備え、軸受部材の小径内周面と軸部材の外周面との間のラジアル軸受隙間に生じる潤滑流体の動圧作用で軸部材をラジアル方向に支持する動圧軸受装置であって、
前記貫通孔の少なくとも一端部における内周面が、前記大径内周面を含んだ仮想円筒面Cと二点で接触する断面形状を備えていることを特徴とする動圧軸受装置。 - 前記仮想円筒面Cと貫通孔との接触点Pから軸受部材の中心側へ向けて延びた貫通孔の内周面の一辺が、貫通孔の中心線Oと平行、又は軸受部材の中心側へ向けて貫通孔の中心線Oに漸次接近した請求項1記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 前記仮想円筒面Cと貫通孔との接触点Pから軸受部材の中心側へ向けて延びた貫通孔の内周面の接触点Pにおける接線が、貫通孔の中心線Oと平行、又は軸受部材の中心側へ向けて貫通孔の中心線Oに漸次接近した請求項1記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 貫通孔の径方向断面が、軸方向で異なる形状を有する請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 大径内周面、軸部材との間でラジアル軸受隙間を形成する小径内周面、大径内周面と小径内周面との間の肩面、及び内部を潤滑流体が流通する軸方向の貫通孔を有する軸受部材を射出成形するに際し、
キャビティ内に貫通孔を成形する成形ピンを配置し、かつ成形ピンの少なくとも一端側の外周面を、大径内周面の成形面を含んだ仮想円筒面C’と二点で接触する断面形状に形成することを特徴とする軸受部材の製造方法。
