Abstract
【解決手段】連続無段変速装置用ベルト(31)は、金属製のプライマリシーブ(29)および金属製のセカンダリシーブ(30)で挟み込まれる接触面(58a, 58b)を有する複数の樹脂ブロック(56)と、樹脂ブロック(56)を無端状に連結する連結体(57)とを備えている。樹脂ブロック(56)の接触面(58a, 58b)に不融性の粉(64)を含む摩擦層(63)が積層されている。摩擦層(63)は、樹脂ブロック(56)と両方のシーブ(29, 30)との接触部分に介在されて、この接触部分の摩擦を高める物質として用いられる。

Description
金属製のプライマリシーブおよび金属製のセカンダリシーブで挟み込まれる接触面を有する複数の樹脂ブロックと、これら樹脂ブロックを無端状に連結する連結体とを具備し、上記プライマリシーブと上記セカンダリシーブとの間に無端状に巻き掛けることで、上記プライマリシーブのトルクを上記セカンダリシーブに伝える連続無段変速装置用ベルトであって、
上記接触面に不融性の粉を含む摩擦層を積層し、この摩擦層は、上記樹脂ブロックと上記両方のシーブとの接触部分に介在されて、この接触部分の摩擦を高める物質として用いられることを特徴としている。
Claims (5)
- 金属製のプライマリシーブおよび金属製のセカンダリシーブで挟み込まれる接触面を有する複数の樹脂ブロックと、これら樹脂ブロックを無端状に連結する連結体とを具備し、上記プライマリシーブと上記セカンダリシーブとの間に無端状に巻き掛けることで、上記プライマリシーブのトルクを上記セカンダリシーブに伝える連続無段変速装置用ベルトであって、
上記接触面に不融性の粉を含む摩擦層を積層し、この摩擦層は、上記樹脂ブロックと上記両方のシーブとの接触部分に介在されて、この接触部分の摩擦を高める物質として用いられることを特徴とする連続無段変速装置用ベルト。 - 請求項1の記載において、上記粉は、上記プライマリシーブおよび上記セカンダリシーブよりも低い硬度を有することを特徴とする連続無段変速装置用ベルト。
- 請求項2の記載において、上記粉は、上記接触面と上記プライマリシーブおよび上記接触面と上記セカンダリシーブとの摩擦により生じる熱で溶けることがない特性を有することを特徴とする連続無段変速装置用ベルト。
- 請求項3の記載において、上記摩擦層は、カーボンブラック粉末にバインダを含有させた物質を上記接触面に塗布することで形成されることを特徴とする連続無段変速装置用ベルト。
- 請求項1の記載において、上記接触面は、上記粉を保持する複数の凹部を有することを特徴とする連続無段変速装置用ベルト。
