Claims (14)
- 担持された貴金属触媒と水素の存在下で多不飽和トリグリセリドを水素化する方法において、固体担体、貴金属ナノ粒子、ならびに界面活性剤および/またはポリマーの集合体を含有する貴金属触媒を使用する上記方法。
- 担体が酸化物担体の群、好ましくはシリカ、アルミナ、ジルコニア、酸化チタンおよび酸化亜鉛、から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ポリマーが、芳香環の中に少なくとも一つのヘテロ原子、好ましくは窒素原子、を持つ芳香族ポリマー物質の群から選択される、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- ポリマーがポリビニルピロリドンからなるポリマー物質の群から選択される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 貴金属が、白金、パラジウム、イリジウム、ロジウム、ルテニウム、銀、金、及びそれらの組合せから選ばれ、好ましくは白金である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 貴金属の量が触媒に対して0.01〜10重量%、好ましくは0.5〜5重量%である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 貴金属ナノ粒子の大きさがおよそ1〜12nmであり、かつナノ粒子クラスターの大きさが12〜40nm、もしくはさらに大きい、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- トリグリセリドが食用油であり、好ましくは大豆油である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- トリグリセリドがリノレン酸を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- リノレン酸が、1または2不飽和の化合物へと水素化される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 結合性ポリマーまたは界面活性剤の存在下において貴金属イオンを貴金属クラスターへと還元し、その後に貴金属クラスターが担体と接触させられて触媒が生成されることを含む方法により触媒が得られる、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 60〜80のヨウ素価、2.5〜9重量%のトランス異性体の量、39〜47g のSC10、15g/ 100g以下、好ましくは2〜15g/100gのSC35を持つ、水素化された食用油、好ましくは大豆油。
- 少なくとも80のヨウ素価、0.5〜5重量%トランス異性体量を持つ、水素化された食用油、好ましくは大豆油、に基づくフライ油。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法により生成される水素化された食用油。
