Claims (18)
- 担持された貴金属触媒と水素の存在下で多不飽和トリグリセリドを水素化する方法において、固体担体、貴金属ナノ粒子およびポリマーの集合体を含有する貴金属触媒を使用する方法であって、前記集合体が12〜40nmもしくはさらに大きい粒径を有するクラスターを形成している上記方法。
- 貴金属ナノ粒子が、元素状ナノ粒子である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 担体が酸化物担体の群から選択される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 担体がシリカ、アルミナ、ジルコニア、酸化チタンおよび酸化亜鉛から選択される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- ポリマーが、芳香環の中に少なくとも一つのヘテロ原子を持つ芳香族ポリマー物質の群から選択される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポリマーが、芳香環の中に少なくとも一つの窒素原子を持つ芳香族ポリマー物質の群から選択される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- ポリマーが、少なくとも一つのヘテロ原子を持つ脂肪環を有するポリマー物質の群から選択される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポリマーがポリビニルピロリドンからなるポリマー物質の群から選択される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 貴金属が、白金、パラジウム、イリジウム、ロジウム、ルテニウム、銀、金、及びそれらの組合せから選ばれる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 貴金属が白金である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 貴金属の量が触媒に対して0.01〜10重量%である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 貴金属の量が触媒に対して0.5〜5重量%である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 元素状貴金属ナノ粒子の大きさが1〜12nmである、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- トリグリセリドが食用油である、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 食用油が大豆油である、請求項14に記載の方法。
- トリグリセリドがリノレン酸を有する、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- リノレン酸が、1または2不飽和の化合物へと水素化される、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 結合性ポリマーの存在下において貴金属イオンを貴金属クラスターへと還元し、その後に貴金属クラスターが担体と接触させられて触媒が生成されることを含む方法により触媒が得られる、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
