Abstract
Description
銅−ニッケル−ケイ素合金からの帯状材料の製造、次いで次の工程を有する熱機械的処理: 500℃を超える温度での少なくとも3時間の帯状材料の第一の焼き鈍し、帯状材料の少なくとも一回の第一の圧延、この際、少なくとも20%の変形度で行う。500℃を超える温度での少なくとも一回の第二の焼き鈍し、及び帯状材料の少なくとも一回の第二の圧延、この際30%を超える変形度で実施する。
Claims (37)
- 0.5〜5重量%のニッケル、0.2〜2.5重量%のケイ素、≦0.1重量%の鉛及び残部の銅を含む銅合金からなるキャリア層と、このキャリア層の上に施工された滑り層とを有する滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 前記銅合金が、0.05〜2重量%の割合でマンガンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1の滑り軸受け複合材料。
- ケイ素に対するニッケルの重量比が2.5〜5であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2の滑り軸受け複合材料。
- キャリア層が、0.05〜0.4重量%の割合で少なくとも一種の微量添加元素を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つの滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 微量添加元素が、クロム、チタン、ジルコニウム、亜鉛及び/またはマグネシウムであることを特徴とする、請求項4の滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 前記滑り層が電気メッキ層からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つの滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 前記電気メッキ層が、鉛−スズ−銅合金、スズ−銅合金、ビスマス−銅合金、またはビスマスからなることを特徴とする、請求項6の滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 前記鉛−スズ−銅合金において、スズの割合が4〜20重量%であり、そして銅の割合が1〜10重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項7の滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 前記ビスマス−銅合金において銅の割合が1〜20重量%であり、及び前記スズ−銅合金において銅の割合が2〜20重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項8の滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 前記滑り層が、熱被覆法によって施工された層からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つの滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 前記滑り層が樹脂層からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つの滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 前記樹脂滑り層のマトリックスが、PAIなどの高耐熱性樹脂からなることを特徴とする、請求項11の滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 前記樹脂滑り層が、充填材としてMoS2、窒化ホウ素、PTFE及び/またはグラファイトを含むことを特徴とする、請求項11または12の滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 前記充填材の割合が、単独または組み合わせとして、5〜50体積%であることを特徴とする、請求項13の滑り軸受け複合材料。
- キャリア層と滑り層との間に少なくとも一つの中間層が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一つの滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 中間層が電気メッキ層であることを特徴とする、請求項15の滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 中間層がニッケルまたは銀を含むことを特徴とする、請求項16の滑り軸受け複合材料。
- ニッケルからなる中間層とスズ−ニッケルからなる中間層の二つの中間層が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項16の滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 中間層がスパッタ層であることを特徴とする、請求項15の滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 中間層が、ニッケル合金、ニッケル−クロム合金、ニッケル−銅合金、亜鉛合金、亜鉛、クロム、銅、銅合金、ニッケル、クロム−ニッケル合金、またはニッケル−クロムからなることを特徴とする、請求項15〜19のいずれか一つの滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 前記滑り層が、PVD法によって施工された層からなることを特徴とする、請求項15〜20のいずれか一つと組み合わせた請求項1〜5のいずれか一つの滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 前記滑り層がスパッタ層からなることを特徴とする、請求項21の滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 前記スパッタ層が、アルミニウム−スズ合金、アルミニウム−スズ−ケイ素合金、アルミニウム−スズ−銅合金、アルミニウム−スズ−ケイ素−銅合金、またはアルミニウム−スズ−ニッケル−マンガン合金からなることを特徴とする、請求項22の滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 前記合金において、スズの割合が8〜40重量%であり、銅の割合が0.5〜4.0重量%であり、ケイ素の割合が0.02〜5.0重量%であり、ニッケルの割合が0.02〜2.0重量%であり、そしてマンガンの割合が0.02〜2.5重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項23の滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 前記中間層が電気メッキ層からなり、かつ前記滑り層がスパッタ層からなることを特徴とする、請求項22の滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 滑り層の上に初期なじみ層が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜25のいずれか一つの滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 前記初期なじみ層が、スズ層、鉛層、銅層またはインジウム層あるいは樹脂層として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項26の滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 前記キャリア層の厚さが1.2〜4mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜27のいずれか一つの滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 前記中間層の厚さが1〜12μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜28のいずれか一つの滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 前記滑り層の厚さが4〜30μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜29のいずれか一つの滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 前記初期なじみ層の厚さが0.2〜12μmであることを特徴とする、請求項26〜30のいずれか一つの滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 滑り軸受けシェルのための、請求項1の滑り軸受け複合材料の使用。
- 帯状材料、特に滑り軸受けシェルなどの滑り軸受け要素のための帯状材料の製造方法であって、次の工程、すなわち
− 請求項1に従う銅合金から帯状材料を製造する工程、
− 以下の工程で前記帯状材料を熱機械的に処理する工程、
− 500℃を超える温度での少なくとも3時間の前記帯状材料の少なくとも一回の第一の焼き鈍し工程、
− 少なくとも20%の変形度で行われる、前記帯状材料の少なくとも一回の第一の圧延工程、
− 500℃を超える温度での少なくとも一回の第二の焼き鈍し工程、及び
− 30%を超える変形度で行われる、前記帯状材料の少なくとも一回の第二の圧延工程、
を含む、前記方法。 - 前記第二の焼き鈍し工程を、連続焼き鈍しラインにおいて、少なくとも3m/分の送り速度及び>500℃の温度において連続的に行うことを特徴とする、請求項33の方法。
- 滑り軸受け要素、特に滑り軸受けシェルを製造する方法であって、
・請求項33または34に従い帯状材料を製造し、
・前記帯状材料からシートを切り離し、
・前記シートを滑り軸受け要素に変形加工し、そして
・滑り軸受け層を施工する、
ことを特徴とする、前記方法。 - 滑り層の施工の前に、少なくとも一つの中間層を施工することを特徴とする、請求項35の方法。
- 滑り層の施行の後に、初期なじみ層を施行することを特徴とする、請求項35または36の方法。
