Claims (42)
- 鋼製のキャリア層、0.5〜5重量%のニッケル、0.25〜2.5重量%のケイ素、≦0.1重量%の鉛及び残部の銅を含む銅合金からなる軸受け金属層、及びこの軸受け金属層の上に施工された滑り層を有する滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 前記銅合金が、0.05〜2重量%の割合でマンガンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1の滑り軸受け複合材料。
- ケイ素に対するニッケルの重量比が2.5〜5であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2の滑り軸受け複合材料。

- 前記滑り層の上に、初期なじみ層を施工することを特徴とする、請求項40または41の方法。
