個々の前記光学モジュールは、異なる前記染料のために選択される光源及び前記ディスクから発せられる蛍光灯を捕獲するためのレンズを有する光チャネルを含む、検出システム。 - 検出器と、
前記蛍光灯を前記複数の光学モジュールから前記検出器に伝送するために複数の前記光学モジュールに連結される光ファイババンドルと、
を更に含む、請求項31に記載のシステム。 - 個々の前記光学モジュールが、前記ハウジングの前記場所から取り外し可能である、請求項31に記載のシステム。
- 個々の前記場所が、1以上の電気接点のセットを含み、各光学モジュールが、前記ハウジングに挿入されるときに前記場所の前記電気接点に電気的に連結するための1以上の電気接点のセットを有する、請求項33に記載のシステム。
- 各光学モジュールが、前記光ファイババンドルの脚部に連結するための光学出力ポートを含む、請求項33に記載のシステム。
- 前記光学出力ポートは、前記光ファイババンドルの脚部が前記光学モジュールの前記光学出力ポートと摺動自在に係合されて、前記光学出力ポートから摺動自在に取外されることを可能にする摺動自在な接続を有する、請求項35に記載のシステム。
- 前記光学出力ポートに対して前記光ファイババンドルを押し付けるための摺動自在な接続に関連するバイアス部材を更に含む、請求項36に記載のシステム。
- 前記光学出力ポートが、前記光ファイババンドルの前記脚部のねじ付きコネクタを嵌合するためのねじ付き末端部を有する、請求項35に記載のシステム。
- 前記ディスクの回転を前記ディスクから発せられる捕獲蛍光灯と同期させるための出力信号を提供するスロットセンサトリガを更に含む、請求項31に記載のシステム。
- 前記モジュール間のタイムオフセットを算出するための前記スロットセンサトリガ出力信号を使用し、個々の前記光学モジュールの内部の前記光源を制御し、前記タイムオフセットに基づき前記ディスクから発せられた捕獲蛍光灯からのデータを処理する制御部を更に含む、請求項39に記載のシステム。
- 複数の前記光学モジュールの1つに電気的に連結されるレーザバルブ制御システムを更に含む、請求項31に記載のシステム。
- 前記レーザバルブ制御システムが、前記光学モジュールの1つの内部のレーザを制御し、前記ディスク上の保持チャンバから処理チャンバを分離するバルブを選択的に開く、請求項41に記載のシステム。
- 異なる波長で蛍光灯を発する1以上の化学種を含む複数の処理チャンバを有するディスクを回転させることと、
複数の発光蛍光灯光線を生成するために、複数の光線を有する前記ディスクを励起することと、
複数の異なる取り外し可能な光学モジュールを使って前記蛍光灯光線を捕獲することと、を含み、
取り外し可能な前記光学モジュールは、前記異なる波長に対して光学的に構成されて、ハウジング内に収容される、方法。 - 前記蛍光灯光線を複数の前記モジュールから光ファイババンドルを備えた単一検出器に伝送することと、
前記検出器から前記蛍光灯光線を表す信号を出力することと、
を更に含む、請求項43に記載の方法。 - 前記ハウジングが、前記光学モジュールを受容することに適した複数の場所を含む、請求項44に記載のシステム。
- 複数の取り外し可能な前記光学モジュールの一つ以上を前記ハウジングに挿入することを更に含む、請求項44に記載の方法。
- 複数の前記モジュールの一つ以上を前記ハウジングから取り外すことを更に含む、請求項44に記載の方法。
- 複数の前記モジュールを、制御部に接続された一以上の電気接点に電気的に連結することとを更に含む、請求項44に記載の方法。
- 複数の光線を使って前記ディスクを励起することが、励起フィルターを通して前記光線を送ることにより実行され、蛍光灯光線を捕獲することが、検出フィルターを通して前記蛍光灯光線を送ることにより実行されることがある、請求項44に記載の方法。
- 前記ディスクの回転を捕獲蛍光灯と同期させるためのスロットセンサトリガからの出力信号を提供することを更に含む、請求項44に記載の方法。
- 保持チャンバから処理チャンバを分離するバルブをレーザバルブ制御システムを使って開くことを更に含む、請求項44に記載の方法。
