Description
Claims (3)
- 弁によってプロセスチャンバから分離された保持チャンバを有するディスクを回転させるためのモータと、
前記ディスクの位置を決定するために第1のエネルギーレベルで、かつ、前記弁を開放して前記保持チャンバから前記プロセスチャンバに流体を流れさせるために第2のエネルギーレベルで、電磁エネルギーを出力するエネルギー源であって、該第1のエネルギーレベルが該第2のエネルギーレベルと異なる、エネルギー源と、
を備える検出装置。 - データ取得装置と、前記データ取得装置に結合された検出装置と、を備える検出システムであって、前記検出装置は、
弁によってプロセスチャンバから分離された保持チャンバを有するディスクを回転させるためのモータと、
前記ディスクの位置を決定するために第1のエネルギーレベルで、かつ、前記弁を開放して前記保持チャンバから前記プロセスチャンバに流体を流れさせるために第2のエネルギーレベルで、電磁エネルギーを出力するエネルギー源であって、該第1のエネルギーレベルが該第2のエネルギーレベルと異なる、エネルギー源と、
を含む、検出システム。 - 弁によってプロセスチャンバから分離された保持チャンバを有するディスクを回転させるステップと、
前記ディスクの位置を決定するために、第1のエネルギーレベルで電磁エネルギーを放出するステップと、
前記弁を開放して前記保持チャンバから前記プロセスチャンバに流体を流れさせるために、第2のエネルギーレベルで電磁エネルギーを放出するステップであって、該第1のエネルギーレベルが該第2のエネルギーレベルと異なる、ステップと、
を含む方法。
