Claims (3)
- 個々の試料及び1以上の蛍光染料をそれぞれに保持する複数の処理チャンバを有するディスクと、

複数の光学モジュールと、
前記光学モジュールを受容することに適した複数の場所を有するハウジングであって、前記複数の光学モジュールのそれぞれが、前記ハウジングの複数の場所のうちの1つから取り外し可能である、ハウジングと、
を備え、
個々の前記光学モジュールは、前記蛍光染料の異なるものに対して選択される光源と前記ディスクから発せられる蛍光を捕獲するためのレンズを有する光学チャネルと、を含む、検出装置。 - データ取得装置と、
前記データ取得装置に連結される検出装置と、
を備える検出システムであって、
前記検出装置が、
個々の試料及び1以上の蛍光染料をそれぞれに保持する複数の処理チャンバを有するディスクと、
前記ディスクを回転させるモータと、
複数の光学モジュールと、
前記光学モジュールを受容することに適した複数の場所を有するハウジングであって、前記複数の光学モジュールのそれぞれが、前記ハウジングの複数の場所のうちの1つから取り外し可能である、ハウジングと、を備え、
個々の前記光学モジュールは、前記蛍光染料の異なるものに対して選択される光源と前記ディスクから発せられる蛍光を捕獲するためのレンズを有する光学チャネルと、を含む検出システム。 - 異なる波長で蛍光を発する1以上の化学種をそれぞれに有する複数の処理チャンバを有するディスクを回転させることと、
複数の発光蛍光光線を生成するために、複数の光線により前記ディスクを励起することと、
複数の異なる取り外し可能な光学モジュールを使って前記蛍光光線を捕獲することと、を含み、
取り外し可能な前記光学モジュールは、前記異なる波長に対して光学的に構成されて、ハウジング内に収容される、方法。
