Abstract
Description
しかし、かかる酵素が一般に調理済みの食品又は加工食品には存在しておらず、また近ごろの食習慣が新鮮な野菜又は発芽した植物よりもむしろローストした食べ物又はインスタント食品に変化してきているので、酵素の不足が深刻化している。
Claims (5)
- 水93〜97質量%、発芽したアジアイネ2.5〜5質量%、生姜0.04〜0.07質量%及びウラルカンゾウ0.01〜0.05質量%を備える糖尿病患者用飲料水。
- アジアイネを発芽させる工程と、
ウラルカンゾウ0.01〜0.05質量%を含む93〜97質量%の水を100℃で60〜80分間加熱する工程と、
0.04〜0.07質量%の生姜を加え、20〜30分間加熱する工程と、
2.5〜5質量%の発芽したアジアイネを加え、60〜80分間加熱、抽出する工程と、
加熱及び抽出した固形物を濾過し、濾液を容器内に収容する工程とを備えることを特徴とする飲料水の製造方法。 - 発芽工程において、アジアイネを15〜17℃の清浄水で洗浄し、該水中に完全に沈めて十分な水分を吸収させ、該アジアイネを発芽器内で18〜20℃で4〜5日間発芽させて高さが約1〜5cmになるスプラウトを成長させる請求項2記載の製造方法。
- 水を4−5時間おきに9−10回交換する請求項2記載の製造方法。
- アジアイネ(発芽した)、生姜及びウラルカンゾウからなる混合物を水と1:20の割合で混合してなる請求項1記載の製造方法。
