Claims (20)
- 生検鉗子において、
シースと、
前記シースの中に滑動可能に配置されており、内部を貫通して画定されている長手方向軸を有している内部シャフトであって、前記シャフトは、開いた形態と閉じた形態の間で可動である複数の把持部材を備えており、前記複数の把持部材の内少なくとも1つは、前記開いた形態にあるときには前記長手方向軸から外向きに付勢されている、内部シャフトと、を備えており、
前記複数の把持部材の内前期少なくとも1つは、前記開いた形態にあるときには前記シースによって拘束されてはおらず、前記閉じた形態にあるときには前記シースによって拘束されている、生検鉗子。 - 前記把持部材の内の1つ又はそれ以上は、切断縁部を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の生検鉗子。
- 前記切断縁部は、刃の部分を備えている、請求項2に記載の生検鉗子。
- 前記複数の把持部材は、前記閉じた形態にあるときには生検容器を形成している、請求項1に記載の生検鉗子。
- 前記シャフトはステンレス鋼で形成されている、請求項1に記載の生検鉗子。
- 前記切断縁部は曲線状である、請求項2に記載の生検鉗子。
- 前記切断縁部は、生検部位から組織を裂断する様に構成された鋸歯状の縁部を備えている、請求項2に記載の生検鉗子。
- 前記切断縁部は、前記長手方向軸に向けて内側に曲げられている、請求項2に記載の生検鉗子。
- 前記シャフトと前記把持部材は、同じ材料から一体の構造で形成されている、請求項1に記載の生検鉗子。
- 生検鉗子であって、
中に管腔が形成されているシースと、
前記管腔の中に滑動可能に収容されているシャフトであって、近位部分と、遠位部分と、前記シャフトを貫通して画定されている長手方向軸と、を有しているシャフトと、
前記シャフトの前記遠位部分から遠位方向に伸張している複数の把持部材であって、前記複数の把持部材の内の少なくとも1つは、前記長手方向軸から外向きに伸張している、複数の把持部材と、を備えており、
前記シースは、前記シャフトに対して滑動可能であり、閉じた形態では前記複数の把持部材を拘束することができるようになっている、生検鉗子。 - 前記把持部材の内の1つ又はそれ以上は、切断縁部を含んでいる、請求項10に記載の生検鉗子。
- 前記切断縁部は、刃の部分を備えている、請求項11に記載の生検鉗子。
- 前記シースは円筒形の断面を有している、請求項10に記載の生検鉗子。
- 前記複数の把持部材の内の少なくとも1つは、前記閉じた形態では前記長手方向軸に実質的に平行な輪郭を有しており、開いた形態では曲線状の輪郭を有している、請求項10に記載の生検鉗子。
- 前記シースは、前記複数の把持部材の外面と係合して前記把持部材を拘束する、請求項10に記載の生検鉗子。
- 前記複数の把持部材のそれぞれは、遠位部分と近位部分を含んでおり、前記近位部分は前記シャフトに接続されている、請求項10に記載の生検鉗子。
- 前記シャフトの一部分は、組織を電気外科的に切るために電気焼灼源に接続可能である、請求項10に記載の生検鉗子。
- 組織生検を実行する方法において、
a)生検鉗子を提供する段階であって、前記生検鉗子は、
近位部分と、遠位部分と、長手方向軸とを画定しているシャフトであって、複数の把持部材を備えており、前記複数の弾性のある把持部材のそれぞれは、前記長手方向軸から離れる方向に付勢されている、シャフトと、
閉じた形態と開いた形態の間を滑動可能なシースであって、前記閉じた形態では前記シースが前記複数の把持部材を拘束しており、前記開いた形態では、前記複数の把持部材は前記シースによって拘束されていない、シースと、を備えている、生検鉗子を提供する段階と、
b)前記生検鉗子の一部分を前記組織に隣接させて配置する段階と、
c)前記シースを滑動させて、前記把持部材を前記組織の周りに前記閉じた形態で拘束する段階と、
d)前記シャフトを後退させて組織生検試料を切り取る段階と、から成る方法。 - 前記組織を切るために、前記把持部材の少なくとも1つに作動的に接続された少なくとも1つの刃を提供する段階を更に含んでいる、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の把持部材の内の1つ又はそれ以上に切断縁部を提供する段階を更に含んでいる、請求項18に記載の方法。
