Claims (17)
- 生態組織から検体を採取する医療器具であって,
支持構造と,
生態組織内を切り込むように配置されたナイフであって,該ナイフが少なくとも第1,第2及び第3ブレードを有し,各ブレードが頂点を限定する2つの切開エッジを有し,更に,該ナイフが開放モードと閉鎖モードとの間を移動可能であり,該閉鎖モードにおいて前記ブレードが、検体を収める角錐状エンクロージャの壁を限定するナイフと;
を備える医療器具。 - 請求項1に記載の医療器具であって,前記開放モードにおいて,前記ブレードが前記支持構造の少なくとも一部における長手方向軸線に沿って実質的に整列している医療器具。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の医療器具であって,各ブレードを支持構造の中心軸線に向けて付勢する付勢部材を更に備える医療器具。
- 請求項1に記載の医療器具であって,各ブレードが,開放モードと閉鎖モードとの間の移行に際して同一面内に留まる医療器具。
- 請求項1又は4に記載の医療器具であって,ブレードが,開放モードにおいて実質的に支持構造の外側に位置する医療器具。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の医療器具において,ナイフを第1モードと第2モードとの間で移動させる作動手段を更に備える医療器具。
- 請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の医療器具であって,開放モードと閉鎖モードとの間,及び/又は閉鎖モードと開放モードとの間のナイフの移動を阻止するロック手段を更に備える医療器具。
- 請求項1に記載の医療器具であって,支持構造に沿って長手方向において軸線移動可能であり,開放モードと閉鎖モードとの間,及び/又は閉鎖モードと開放モードとの間でナイフを移動させるプランジャを更に備える医療器具。
- 請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の医療器具であって,各ブレードが、対応するブレードに対して直径線上で対向している医療器具。
- 請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の医療器具であって,ナイフが第4ブレードを更に備え,第1ブレードに対して第3ブレードが直径線上で対向するときに,第2ブレードに対して第4ブレードが直径線上で対向するように配置されている医療器具。
- 請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の医療器具であって,支持構造がナイフの近傍で傾斜し,又は傾斜可能とされており,これによりナイフの軸線が支持構造の少なくとも一部の軸線に対してオフセットし,又は当該軸線に対して傾斜可能とされている医療器具。
- 請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載の医療器具であって,ナイフが支持構造の軸線に対して旋回可能である医療器具。
- 請求項11又は12に記載の医療器具であって,ナイフが支持構造の軸線から0°〜45°間の角度に亘って旋回可能である医療器具。
- 請求項12又は13に記載の医療器具であって,支持構造に対して旋回位置におけるナイフを固定するための固定手段を更に備えている医療器具。
- 少なくとも第1,第2及び第3ブレードを備え,各ブレードが頂点を限定する2つの切開エッジを有するナイフアセンブリであって,請求項1〜14記載の医療器具と組み合わせて使用可能であるナイフアセンブリ。
- 実質的に図1〜6及び8〜14に関連して記載又は図示した医療器具。
- 実質的に図1〜6及び8〜14に関連して記載又は図示したナイフアセンブリ。
