Description

- 前記EGR流と接触する前記熱交換器(15)の表面の少なくとも一部分は、前記EGR流中の化合物を変換するようになっている触媒材料により被覆されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱交換器(15)の上流において前記排気ガス流と接触する表面の少なくとも一部分は、吸着/脱着剤を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記熱交換器(15)の上流において前記EGR流と接触する表面の少なくとも一部分は、吸着/脱着剤を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- EGRバイパス弁(16)とEGRバイパス導管(13)とを含み、前記EGRバイパス弁(16)とEGRバイパス導管(13)とは、前記EGR流の少なくとも一部分が前記熱交換器(15)を迂回することを可能にするようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記排気ガス流の少なくとも一部分が前記熱交換器(15)を迂回することを可能にするようになっている第1の排気ガスバイパス弁(7)と第2の排気ガス導管(8)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記排気ガス流中の有害化合物を変換するようになっている触媒コンバータ(10)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記排気ガス流の少なくとも一部分が前記触媒コンバータを迂回することを可能にするようになっている第2の排気ガスバイパス弁(9)と第3の排気ガス導管(11)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記排気ガス流が前記熱交換器(15)および/または前記触媒コンバータ(10)を迂回することを可能にするように構成される排気ガス導管(5、8、11)と排気ガスバイパス弁(7、9)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載のシステム。
- 前記バイパス弁(7、9、16)の少なくとも1個を制御するようになっている制御システムを含むことを特徴とする請求項6、7、9または10のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記エネルギー回収装置(6)は、前記排気ガス流によって駆動されるようになっている少なくとも1個のタービンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記エネルギー回収装置(6)は、前記排気ガス流中の熱エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換するようになっている熱電材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記内燃機関(1)は、ディーゼル機関であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記EGR機構は、追加のEGR冷却器(14)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至14のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記EGR冷却器(14)は、前記熱交換器(15)と一体化されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 内燃機関(1)の出口側(3)から前記エンジン(1)の入口側(2)へと流れる第1の排気ガス流であるEGR流と、前記エンジン(1)の前記出口側(3)から流れる第2の排気ガス流である排気ガス流との間において熱交換を可能にするようになっていることを特徴とする熱交換器(15)。
- 前記排気ガス流と接触する自身の表面の少なくとも一部分が、前記排気ガス流中の有害化合物を変換するようになっている触媒材料により被覆されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記EGR流と接触する自身の表面の少なくとも一部分が、前記EGR流中の化合物を変換するようになっている触媒材料により被覆されることを特徴とする請求項17または18に記載の熱交換器。
- EGR冷却器(14)が自身に一体化されることを特徴とする請求項17乃至19のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 前記EGR冷却器は、冷却媒体を用いるように構成される請求項20に記載の熱交換器。
