Abstract
【解決手段】主バッテリ12とトランス14との間に第1のブリッジ回路15が接続され、トランス14と系統電源用接続部20との間に2つのHブリッジ回路22,23を備えた双方向インバータ21が接続されている。主バッテリ12側及び系統電源用接続部20側にDC/DC変換器を介して補助バッテリ13が接続可能に設けられている。第1のブリッジ回路15及びHブリッジ回路22,23の各スイッチング素子等が制御装置37によって制御され、系統電源で主バッテリ12や補助バッテリ13が充電されたり、主バッテリ12の電力が系統電源用接続部20から交流電圧として出力されたりする。

Description
以下、本発明をプラグイン・ハイブリッド車の電源装置に具体化した第1の実施形態を図1にしたがって説明する。
系統電源で主バッテリ12を充電する場合は、プラグ27を系統電源のコンセント(例えば、家庭の100Vのコンセント)に接続する。そして、スイッチ31,32が、プラグ27をフィルタ26と通電可能な状態に保持されて、系統電源からプラグ27及びフィルタ26を介してHブリッジ回路23に交流電圧が供給される。Hブリッジ回路23の各スイッチング素子S9〜S12は、制御装置37からの制御信号により、供給された交流電圧を直流電圧に変換するようにスイッチング制御され、変換された直流電圧がHブリッジ回路22に供給される。Hブリッジ回路22の各スイッチング素子S5〜S8は、トランス14の一次巻線L1から所定の充電電圧(主バッテリ12の定格充電電圧)の交流が得られるように、制御装置37からの制御信号によってスイッチング制御され、制御されたデューティ比の交流電圧がトランス14の二次巻線L2に供給される。
(1)電源装置11は、主バッテリ12側と系統電源側とがトランス14を介して電気的絶縁状態で接続されている。主バッテリ12とトランス14の一次巻線L1との間に接続されるとともに4つのスイッチング素子S1〜S4からなる第1のブリッジ回路15と、トランス14の二次巻線L2に接続されるとともに、4つのスイッチング素子S5〜S8,S9〜S12からなる第2のブリッジ回路としてのHブリッジ回路22,23とを備えている。また、Hブリッジ回路23に接続された系統電源用接続部20と、主バッテリ12側及び系統電源用接続部20側にDC/DC変換器を介して接続可能に設けられた補助バッテリ13とを備える。さらに、第1のブリッジ回路15の各スイッチング素子S1〜S4、Hブリッジ回路22,23の各スイッチング素子S5〜S12及びDC/DC変換器の他のスイッチング素子35,36を制御する制御装置37を備えている。そして、制御装置37は、主バッテリ12の電力を系統電源用接続部20から家電製品の使用電圧及び周波数の交流電圧を出力するように制御可能に構成されている。したがって、系統電源で主バッテリ12及び補助バッテリ13を充電可能で、しかも、専用のDC/ACインバータを設けずに、少なくとも主バッテリ12を電源として家電製品用の電力を出力することができる。
次に第2の実施形態を、図4を参照しながら説明する。なお、第2の実施形態は、補助バッテリ13を主バッテリ12側及び系統電源用接続部20側と接続する構成が第1の実施形態と異なり、その他の構成は第1の実施形態と同様であるため、同様の部分については同一符号を付してその詳細な説明を省略する。
主バッテリ12で補助バッテリ13を充電する場合は、主バッテリ12の電力を系統電源用接続部20から家電製品の使用電圧及び周波数の交流電圧を出力する場合と同様にして、主バッテリ12側のスイッチング素子16,19及びスイッチング素子S1〜S4が制御される。そして、二次巻線L2に所定電圧(例えば、100V)の交流が誘起される。また、二次巻線L2に接続されたHブリッジ回路22のスイッチング素子S5〜S8は、二次巻線L2に誘起された交流電圧を直流電圧に変換するようにスイッチング制御され、変換された直流電圧がDC/DC変換器39に供給される。DC/DC変換器39のスイッチング素子40は、前記と同様に制御され、Hブリッジ回路22から供給される直流電圧が、補助バッテリ13の定格充電電圧に降圧されて補助バッテリ13が充電される。
(7)補助バッテリ13は、系統電源用接続部20側にDC/DC変換器39を介して直接接続されている。したがって、補助バッテリ13を主バッテリ12側及び系統電源用接続部20側に接続可能に設けるDC/DC変換器の構成が簡単になる。
○ 双方向インバータ21は必ずしも2つのHブリッジ回路22,23を備える必要はなく、1つのHブリッジ回路を備えた構成でもよい。しかし、2つのHブリッジ回路22,23を備えた構成の方が、系統電源の正弦波状の交流電圧を効率よく主バッテリ12に充電することができるとともに、主バッテリ12を電源としてコンセント28から正弦波状の交流電圧を効率よく出力することができる。
○ Hブリッジ回路22,23で使用されるスイッチング素子としてMOSFETに代えて、IGBTを使用してもよい。また、第1のブリッジ回路15で使用されるスイッチング素子としてIGBTに代えて、MOSFETを使用してもよい。
○ 主バッテリ12の電圧は200Vに限らず、200Vより高くてもあるいは低くてもよい。
○ 電源装置11は車載用に限らない。例えば、工場や事務所あるいは家庭の電源装置として用い、深夜電力を主バッテリ12に充電し、昼にその電力を使用するようにしてもよい。この場合、補助バッテリ13の出力電圧は12Vや42Vに限らず、目的に応じた出力電圧のものを使用してもよい。
(1)請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の発明において、前記第2のブリッジ回路としてHブリッジ回路が2つ設けられている。
Claims (4)
- 主バッテリと、前記主バッテリより低圧の補助バッテリとを備え、前記主バッテリ及び前記補助バッテリを系統電源で充電可能な電源装置であって、
主バッテリ側と系統電源側とを電気的絶縁状態で接続するトランスと、
前記主バッテリと前記トランスの一次巻線との間に接続されるとともに4つのスイッチング素子からなる第1のブリッジ回路と、
前記トランスの二次巻線に接続されるとともに、4つのスイッチング素子からなる少なくとも1つの第2のブリッジ回路と、
前記第2のブリッジ回路に接続された系統電源用接続部と、
前記主バッテリ側及び前記系統電源用接続部側にDC/DC変換器を介して接続可能に設けられた補助バッテリと、
前記第1のブリッジ回路の各スイッチング素子、前記第2のブリッジ回路の各スイッチング素子及び前記DC/DC変換器のスイッチング素子を制御するとともに、前記主バッテリの電力を前記系統電源用接続部から家電製品の使用電圧及び周波数の交流電圧を出力するように制御可能に構成されている制御装置と
を備えたことを特徴とする電源装置。 - 前記補助バッテリは、前記トランスを介して前記主バッテリ側及び前記系統電源用接続部側に接続可能に設けられている請求項1に記載の電源装置。
- 前記補助バッテリは、前記系統電源用接続部側にDC/DC変換器を介して直接接続されている請求項1に記載の電源装置。
- 前記電源装置は車載用の電源装置である請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の電源装置。
