Abstract
【解決手段】車体側部材と車軸側部材の相対運動を回転運動に変換する運動変換機構Hと上記回転運動が伝達されるロータ8を有するモータMとを備えた緩衝器Sと、車体側部材と車軸側部材との間に介装される気体バネCとを備えたサスペンション装置Aにおいて、モータMは、中空なケーシング9と、ケーシング9内にロータ8が収容されるロータ室rを形成する隔壁部材16と、隔壁部材16の外周とケーシング9の内周との間に配置される筒状のステータ17と、ロータ室r内でケーシング9に回転自在に保持されるロータ8とを備え、ロータ室6内は気体バネCの気体室R内に連通される。

Claims (6)
- 車体側部材と車軸側部材の相対運動を回転運動に変換する運動変換機構と上記回転運動が伝達されるロータを有するモータとを備えた緩衝器と、車体側部材と車軸側部材との間に介装される気体バネとを備えたサスペンション装置において、モータは、中空なケーシングと、ケーシング内にロータが収容されるロータ室を形成する隔壁部材と、隔壁部材の外周とケーシングの内周との間に配置される筒状のステータと、ロータ室内でケーシングに回転自在に保持されるロータとを備え、ロータ室内は気体バネの気体室内に連通されることを特徴とするサスペンション装置。
- 気体バネの気体室は筒状に形成されて緩衝器外周を覆うように配置される外部室と運動変換機構を内部に収容する筒体内に形成される内部室とを備えてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサスペンション装置。
- 隔壁部材はステータを覆うモールド樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のサスペンション装置。
- 隔壁部材は筒状に形成され、隔壁部材の両端とケーシングとの間にシール部材を介装してなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のサスペンション装置。
- モールド樹脂の表面をゴム膜層で覆うことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のサスペンション装置。
- 隔壁部材の外周とケーシングの内周との間にロータの位置を検出する磁気センサ或いはレゾルバステータが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のサスペンション装置。
