Abstract
【解決手段】 直線運動を回転運動に変換する運動変換機構Tと該運動変換機構Tにより変換された回転運動が伝達されるモータMとを備え車両のバネ上部材B側に連結されるアクチュエータAと、シリンダCとシリンダC内に摺動自在に挿入されシリンダC内に2つの圧力室を隔成するピストンPと一端がピストンPに連結されるロッドRとを備えロッドRもしくはシリンダCの一方にアクチュエータAの直線運動が伝達されるとともにロッドRもしくはシリンダCの他方が車両のバネ下部材W側に連結される液圧ダンパEと、液圧ダンパEを圧縮させる方向に附勢するバネ1と、液圧ダンパEを伸長させる方向に附勢するエアバネ2とを備えた。

Claims (6)
- 直線運動を回転運動に変換する運動変換機構と該運動変換機構により変換された回転運動が伝達されるモータとを備え車両のバネ上部材側に連結されるアクチュエータと、シリンダとシリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されシリンダ内に2つの圧力室を隔成するピストンと一端がピストンに連結されるロッドとリザーバとを備えロッドもしくはシリンダの一方にアクチュエータの直線運動が伝達されるとともにロッドもしくはシリンダの他方が車両のバネ下部材側に連結される液圧ダンパと、液圧ダンパを圧縮させる方向に附勢するバネと、液圧ダンパを伸長させる方向に附勢するエアバネとを備えたことを特徴とする緩衝器。
- 直線運動を回転運動に変換する運動変換機構と該運動変換機構により変換された回転運動が伝達されるモータとを備え車両のバネ上部材側に連結されるアクチュエータと、シリンダとシリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されシリンダ内に2つの圧力室を隔成するピストンと一端がピストンに連結されるロッドとを備えロッドもしくはシリンダの一方にアクチュエータの直線運動が伝達されるとともにロッドもしくはシリンダの他方が車両のバネ下部材側に連結されるエアダンパと、エアダンパを圧縮させる方向に附勢するバネとを備えたことを特徴とする緩衝器。
- エアバネは、液圧ダンパのリザーバに設けた気室であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器。
- リザーバがシリンダの外周側に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の緩衝器。
- バネがシリンダ端部を閉塞するとともにロッドを軸支するヘッド部材とピストンとの間に介装されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の緩衝器。
- 各バネの周方向の回転を許容する許容手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の緩衝器。
