Claims (15)
- 主として、ハウジング(2)と、油潤滑軸受け(7)によって該ハウジング(2)内に回転自在に備えられている軸(6)に備えられているローター(5)とから成り、ハウジング(2)内に、潤滑ダクト(14)が、軸受け(7)に油を供給し、軸受け(7)から油を排出するために備えられている、軸受け潤滑の改良された機械であって、
冷却剤を供給し、排出するための冷却流路(21-15)を備え、該冷却流路(21-15)が、軸(6)に対向して、ローター(5)と前記軸受け(7)との間のある位置に開口していること、
を特徴とする軸受け潤滑の改良された機械。 - ローター(5)の、冷却流路(21-15)に対向する当該位置に、一つまたはいくつかの溝(22)が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受け潤滑の改良された機械。
- 冷却流路(21-15)が、当該溝(22)の両側に軸(6)に向かい合う密閉リップ(20)を備えた、ガスケット(18)を貫通して延びることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の軸受け潤滑の改良された機械。
- 当該密閉リップ(20)と軸(6)との間の隙間が非常に小さいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の軸受け潤滑の改良された機械。
- 当該冷却流路(21-15)が当該密閉リップ(20)の間に開口していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の軸受け潤滑の改良された機械。
- 当該冷却流路(21-15)が、軸(6)における出口において、軸(6)の接線方向に向いていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の軸受け潤滑の改良された機械。
- 当該冷却流路(21-15)が、軸(6)の回転の向きに冷却剤を噴射するような向きに向いていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の軸受け潤滑の改良された機械。
- 軸(6)が、冷却される部分と軸受けとの間に熱橋(30)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受け潤滑の改良された機械。
- 軸(6)が、いくつかの部分、すなわち軸受け取りつけ部分(31)および軸受け非取りつけ部分(32)から成り、このとき、熱橋(30)が断熱材料製のリング(33)から成り、該熱橋が前記軸受け取りつけ部分(31)と軸受け非取りつけ部分(32)との間に備えられることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の軸受け潤滑の改良された機械。
- 当該熱橋(30)が断熱材料製のブッシュ(34)から成り、該熱橋が軸(6)と軸受け(7)との間に備えられることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の軸受け潤滑の改良された機械。
- 当該冷却流路(21-15)が当該潤滑ダクト(14)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受け潤滑の改良された機械。
- 当該潤滑ダクト(14)と冷却流路(21-15)とが、ハウジング(2)の一部である軸受け押え(4)内に備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受け潤滑の改良された機械。
- 当該軸受け押え(4)が冷却されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の軸受け潤滑の改良された機械。
- 潤滑ダクト(14)、軸(6)の冷却流路(21-15)、軸受け押え(4)の冷却流路(35)が、相互に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の軸受け潤滑の改良された機械。
- 当該機械が電動機(1)または発電機である場合、電気コイル(37)の巻線ヘッド(38)が、当該軸受け押え(4)と接触する熱伝導性材料(39)で覆われていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の軸受け潤滑の改良された機械。
