Claims (15)
- 하우징(2)과, 오일-윤활식 베어링(7)에 의해 상기 하우징(2) 내에서 회전가능하도록 샤프트(6) 상에 설치된 로터(5)를 주요 구성으로 하여, 하우징(2) 내에서 윤활 덕트(14)를 통해 베어링(7)으로 오일을 공급하고 베어링으로부터 오일을 배출하는 베어링 윤활이 개선된 기계에 있어서,냉매의 공급 및 배출을 위한 냉각 채널(15-21)이 마련되며, 상기 냉각 채널(15-21)은 로터(5)와 상기 베어링(7) 사이의 공간에서 샤프트(6)와 대향측으로 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 윤활이 개선된 기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 채널(15-21)과 대향측으로 상기 공간상의 로터(5)에 1개 혹은 수 개의 홈(22)이 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 윤활이 개선된 기계.
- 제2항에 있어서, 냉각 채널(15-21)은 개스킷(18)을 통해 연장되며, 개스킷은 샤프트(6)를 지향하는 실링 립(sealing lip)(20)의 상기 홈(22)의 양쪽에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 윤활이 개선된 기계.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 실링 립(20)과 샤프트(6) 사이의 간격이 매우 좁은 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 윤활이 개선된 기계.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 채널(15-21)이 상기 실링 립(20) 사이로 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 윤활이 개선된 기계.
- 제5항에 있어서, 샤프트(6)에 위치한 냉각 채널의 배출구에서 상기 냉각 채널(15-21)이 샤프트(6) 상에 접선방향으로 향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 윤활이 개선된 기계.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 채널을 통해 샤프트(6)의 회전을 감안하여 냉매를 분사하도록 냉각 채널(15-21)의 방향이 맞춰진 특징으로 하는 베어링 윤활이 개선된 기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 샤프트(6)에는 샤프트의 냉각되는 부분과 베어링 사이에 열교(thermal bridge)(30)가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 윤활이 개선된 기계.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 샤프트(6)는 베어링이 장착되는 부분(31)과 베어링이 장착되지 않는 부분(32)의 여러 부분으로 구성되는데, 상기 열교(30)가 단열재로 제조된 링(33)으로 구성되며, 상기 베어링이 장착되는 부분(31)과 베어링이 장착되지 않는 부분(32) 사이에 열교가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 윤활이 개선 된 기계.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 열교(30)가 단열재로 제조된 부싱(34)으로 구성되며, 부싱이 샤프트(6)와 베어링(7) 사이에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 윤활이 개선된 기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 채널(15-21)이 상기 윤활 덕트(14)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 윤활이 개선된 기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(2)의 일부인 베어링 캡(4) 내에 윤활 덕트(14)와 냉각 채널(15-21)이 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 윤활이 개선된 기계.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 베어링 캡(4)이 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 윤활이 개선된 기계.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 윤활 덕트(14), 샤프트(6)의 냉각 채널(15-21) 및 베어링 캡(4)의 냉각 채널(35)이 상호 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 윤활이 개선된 기계.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 기계가 전동기(1) 혹은 발전기인 경우, 전기 코 일(37)의 권선 헤드(38)가 상기 베어링 캡(4)과 접촉하는 열전도성 물질(15)에 덮인 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 윤활이 개선된 기계.
