Abstract
【解決手段】PCU700の配線接続構造は、ハイブリッド車両1の前方側に位置するエンジンルーム2内に搭載されるPCU700と、PCU700に対して車両後方側にPCU700と対向するように設けられ、電気機器よりも変形しやすい樹脂部分を含むエアクリーナ800と、PCU700に接続されるケーブル910とを備える。ケーブル910は、U相,V相,W相の3相のケーブルが集約されて形成される。ケーブル910は車両の後方側に位置するPCU700の側面上でPCU700に接続される。そして、PCU700とエアクリーナ800との間に位置する3相のケーブルは、ハイブリッド車両1の幅方向に平行な同一平面上に並ぶように設けられる。

- 車両の前方側に位置する閉空間内に搭載される電気機器と、
前記電気機器に接続される配線と、
前記電気機器に対して車両の後方側に該電気機器と対向するように設けられた他部品とを備え、
少なくとも3相のケーブルが集約されて複数相の前記配線が形成され、
前記配線は車両の後方側に位置する前記電気機器の側面上で該電気機器に接続され、
前記電気機器と前記他部品との間に位置する前記複数相の配線を構成する各相のケーブルは、車両の幅方向に平行な同一平面上に並ぶように設けられる、電気機器の配線接続構造。 - 前記他部品は前記電気機器よりも変形しやすい樹脂部分を含む、請求項1に記載の電気機器の配線接続構造。
- 前記電気機器は42V以上の電圧用の電気機器である、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電気機器の配線接続構造。
- 前記電気機器に接続される42V以上の電圧用の配線は、すべて車両の後方側に位置する前記電気機器の側面に接続される、請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の電気機器の配線接続構造。
- 前記電気機器はインバータを含む、請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の電気機器の配線接続構造。
- 前記閉空間は内燃機関が設けられる機関室であり、
前記他部品は前記内燃機関の吸気経路に設けられるエアクリーナのケースを含む、請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の電気機器の配線接続構造。 - 前記電気機器に対して車両の前方側に該電気機器と対向するように車両の前面に沿って設けられるラジエータをさらに備えた、請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の電気機器の配線接続構造。
- 請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載の電気機器の配線接続構造を含む、電動車両。
- 前記電気機器の配線接続構造は、前記電気機器としてのインバータと車両の駆動用回転電機との間の配線接続構造に適用される、請求項8に記載の電動車両。
