Claims (7)
- 電気化学反応により発電する燃料電池を搭載した燃料電池搭載車両であって、
畜電池と、
少なくとも前記燃料電池と前記畜電池に電気的に接続され、車両内の電力を制御する電力制御装置と、
前記畜電池と前記電力制御装置との間の電気流路に設けられ、前記畜電池の電力を分岐する電力分岐装置と、
前記電力分岐装置と電気的に接続され、前記電力分岐装置によって分岐された電力が供給され、前記燃料電池の発電のために作動する複数の発電用補機と、を有し、
前記電力分岐装置と前記電力制御装置は、ハーネスを介さず直接的に連結され、
前記電力分岐装置と前記電力制御装置は、互いに直接連結し固定するための連結部を備え、
前記連結部は、前記電力制御装置の後面側に設けられ、
前記電力分岐装置と前記電力制御装置を固定するための複数の固定部を有し、
前記複数の固定部は、前記連結部に近い固定部よりも前記連結部に遠い固定部の強度が弱くなるように設計されている、燃料電池搭載車両。 - 電気化学反応により発電する燃料電池を搭載した燃料電池搭載車両であって、
畜電池と、
少なくとも前記燃料電池と前記畜電池に電気的に接続され、車両内の電力を制御する電力制御装置と、
前記畜電池と前記電力制御装置との間の電気流路に設けられ、前記畜電池の電力を分岐する電力分岐装置と、
前記電力分岐装置と電気的に接続され、前記電力分岐装置によって分岐された電力が供給され、前記燃料電池の発電のために作動する複数の発電用補機と、を有し、
前記電力分岐装置と前記畜電池は、ハーネスによって電気的に接続され、
前記ハーネスは、前記電力分岐装置の上面に接続され、
前記電力分岐装置のケースの上面には、傾斜部が形成され、
前記傾斜部には、前記ハーネスの端子を嵌め込み固定するための嵌め込み穴が形成され、
前記ケースの前記傾斜部の高い側に位置する側面には、前記ケース内で前記ハーネスの端子と前記電力分岐装置側の接続端子とを固定するための工具を挿入するための挿入口が形成されている、燃料電池搭載車両。 - 前記電力分岐装置は、平面から見てL字状に形成され、前記電力制御装置の一の側面と後面に沿って形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の燃料電池搭載車両。
- 前記電力分岐装置の前面が前記電力制御装置の前面よりも後方に位置している、請求項3に記載の燃料電池搭載車両。
- 前記複数の発電用補機には、電気ヒータが含まれ、
前記電気ヒータは、前記電力分岐装置よりも低い位置に設けられている、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の燃料電池搭載車両。 - 前記電力分岐装置と前記電力制御装置は、車両の左右方向に並列され、
前記電気ヒータは、前記電力分岐装置又は前記電力制御装置の後方側に配置され、
前記電力分岐装置から前記電気ヒータに通じるハーネスは、前記電力分岐装置の前記電力制御装置と反対側の側面から出力されている、請求項5に記載の燃料電池搭載車両。 - 前記電力分岐装置と前記発電用補機を互いに固定する固定部材を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の燃料電池搭載車両。
