上記電気機器の搭載構造において、好ましくは、配線は電気機器における車両の後方側に位置する面に接続される。
上記電気機器の搭載構造において、好ましくは、電気機器と樹脂部品とは横方向に並ぶように設けられる。
1つの例として、上記電気機器の搭載構造は、電気機器における樹脂部品に対向する面と異なる面に接続される他の配線をさらに備える。ここで、好ましくは、電気機器における樹脂部品に対向する面に接続される配線は、上記他の配線よりも高電圧の配線である。
上記電気機器の搭載構造において、好ましくは、電気機器は42V以上の電圧用の電気機器である。また、好ましくは、電気機器に接続される42V以上の電圧用の配線は、すべて電気機器における樹脂部品に対向する面に接続される。
電動車両に搭載されるインバータには、比較的高電圧の配線が接続される場合がある。上記構成によれば、インバータに接続される配線を保護することができる。
エンジン100および/またはモータジェネレータ200から出力された動力は、動力分割機構300からディファレンシャル機構400を介してドライブシャフト500に伝達される。ドライブシャフト500に伝達された駆動力は、駆動輪600L,600Rに回転力として伝達されて、車両を走行させる。このように、モータジェネレータ200は、電動機として作動する。
Claims (8)
- 車両の閉空間内に搭載され、インバータを含む電気機器と、
前記電気機器と距離を隔てて前記車両の閉空間内に搭載される樹脂部品と、
前記電気機器における前記樹脂部品に対向する面に接続される配線とを備え、
前記閉空間は内燃機関が設けられる機関室であり、
前記樹脂部品は前記内燃機関の吸気経路に設けられるエアクリーナのケースを含む、電気機器の搭載構造。 - 複数の前記配線が前記電気機器における前記樹脂部品に対向する面に接続される、請求項1に記載の電気機器の搭載構造。
- 前記配線は前記電気機器における前記車両の後方側に位置する面に接続される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電気機器の搭載構造。
- 前記電気機器と前記樹脂部品とは横方向に並ぶように設けられる、請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の電気機器の搭載構造。
- 前記電気機器における前記樹脂部品に対向する面と異なる面に接続される他の配線をさらに備え、
前記配線は前記他の配線よりも高電圧の配線である、請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の電気機器の搭載構造。 - 前記電気機器は42V以上の電圧用の電気機器である、請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の電気機器の搭載構造。
- 前記電気機器に接続される42V以上の電圧用の配線は、すべて前記電気機器における前記樹脂部品に対向する面に接続される、請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の電気機器の搭載構造。
- 請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載の電気機器の搭載構造を含む、電動車両。
