Abstract
【解決手段】その都度独立してRz=20〜100μmの表面の粗さを有する部分アセタール化されたポリビニルアルコールをベースとする構造化されたフィルムを、相応して粗面化されたエンボシングロールe,hと特定のショアA硬さのプレッシングロールf,iとの間でフィルム面をエンボシングし、その場合にフィルム及びロールの温度は、構造の固定のために調節する。

Description
安全複合ガラスを製造するための、部分アセタール化されたポリビニルアルコール、特にポリビニルブチラール(PVB)をベースとする可塑剤含有フィルムは、室温で既に極めて軟質であり、かつ粘着性である。高い粘着性は、確かに、複合ガラスにおけるガラス−フィルム−ガラスの複合体の結合にとって絶対に必要であるが、しかしながら輸送及びこれらのガラスへの加工プロセスのためには、粘着性は一時的に取り除かれなければならず、少なくとも抑制されなければならない。フィルムの固有粘着性は、特定の粗さにより低下されることができる。
その都度独立してRz=20〜100μm、好ましくはRz 30〜50μmの表面粗さを有する部分アセタール化されたポリビニルアルコールをベースとするフィルムのエンボシング法であって、次の処理工程
a.Rz=1〜70μm、好ましくは1〜40μm、特に1〜15μmの表面の粗さを有する部分アセタール化されたポリビニルアルコールをベースとするフィルムを準備する工程、
b.a)からのフィルムの片方の(ersten)表面を、相応して粗面化された80〜170℃の温度のエンボシングロールと、0〜60℃の温度のプレッシングロールとの間でエンボシングして、Rz=20〜100μmのエンボシングされた表面の粗さを有するフィルムを得る工程及び
c.b)からのフィルムのもう片方の(zweiten)表面を、相応して粗面化された80〜170℃の温度のエンボシングロールと、0〜60℃の温度のプレッシングロールとの間でエンボシングして、Rz=20〜100μmのエンボシングされた表面の粗さを有するフィルムを得る工程
によるものであり、その場合に双方のエンボシング段階のプレッシングロールは、50〜80の同じか又は異なるショアA硬さを有する。
・一般式HO−(R−O)n−Hのポリアルキレングリコール、ここでR=アルキレン及びn>5、
・一般式HO−(CH2−CH2−O)n−(CH2−CH(CH3)−O)m−Hのエチレングリコール及びプロピレングリコールからなるブロックコポリマー、ここでn>2、m>3及び(n+m)<25、
・一般式R1O−(CH2−CH2−O)n−(CH2−CH(CH3)−O)m−HもしくはHO−(CH2−CH2−O)n−(CH2−CH(CH3)−O)m−R1のエチレングリコール及びプロピレングリコールからなるブロックコポリマーの誘導体、ここでn>2、m>3及び(n+m)<25及びR1=有機基、
・一般式R1−O−(R2−O)n−Hのポリアルキレングリコールの誘導体、ここでR2=アルキレン及びn≧2であり、その場合にポリアルキレングリコールの双方の末端ヒドロキシ基の1つの水素は、有機基R1により置換されている、
・一般式R1−O−(R2−O)n−R3のポリアルキレングリコールの誘導体、ここでR2=アルキレン及びn>5であり、その場合に水素はポリアルキレングリコールの複数の末端ヒドロキシ基の場合に有機基R1もしくはR3により置換されている。
エンボシングロール直径:245mm
ゴムロールの硬さ ショアA 70±5
ゴムロール直径:255mm
エンボシングロールの粗さ:約80μm
表面コーティング:PTFE
次のエンボシング特性を有するフィルムが得られた:
本発明によるショアA硬さを有するゴムロールの代わりに、スチールロールを使用した。
Claims (10)
- その都度独立してRz=20〜100μmの表面粗さを有する部分アセタール化されたポリビニルアルコールをベースとするフィルムをエンボシングする方法であって、次の処理工程:
a.Rz=1〜70μmの表面粗さを有する部分アセタール化されたポリビニルアルコールベースとするフィルムを準備する工程、
b.a)からのフィルムの片方の表面を、相応して粗面化された80〜170℃の温度のエンボシングロールと、0〜60℃の温度のプレッシングロールとの間でエンボシングして、Rz=20〜100μmのエンボシングされた表面の粗さを有するフィルムを得る工程及び
c.b)からのフィルムのもう片方の表面を、相応して粗面化された80〜170℃の温度のエンボシングロールと、0〜60℃の温度のプレッシングロールとの間でエンボシングして、Rz=20〜100μmのエンボシングされた表面の粗さを有するフィルムを得る工程
によってエンボシングする方法において、双方のエンボシング段階のプレッシングロールが50〜80の同じか又は異なるショアA硬さを有する
ことを特徴とする、フィルムをエンボシングする方法。 - フィルムが、処理工程b)及びc)のエンボシングロールとプレッシングロールとの間で20〜80N/mmのライン圧に曝されている、請求項1記載の方法。
- プレッシングロールの表面がゴム又はEPDMからなる、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- エンボシングロールの温度差が、ロールの幅及び範囲全体で2℃未満である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- プレッシングロールの温度差が、ロールの幅及び範囲全体で2℃未満である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- エンボシングされるフィルムの表面がその都度独立して、20〜80μmの粗さRzを有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- フィルムの温度を、処理工程b)及びc)の前及び/又は後に−10〜+20℃に調節する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 処理工程b)及び/又はc)において、フィルムのエンボシングされる面を冷却する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 処理工程b)及び/又はc)において、フィルムのエンボシングされない面を冷却する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 1つ又はそれ以上のガラス板及び/又は1つ又はそれ以上のプラスチック板及び請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法により製造された少なくとも1つの構造化されたフィルムからなる、ラミネート。
