Abstract
【解決手段】エンジンの運転を停止するときには、エンジンの停止回転数Nstopでの自立運転を所定時間経過してからエンジンの回転をスムーズに引き下げると共に回転の低下に伴って生じ得る振動を抑制する低下振動抑制トルクをモータMG1のトルク指令Tm1*に設定してエンジンの回転数Neの引き下げを開始し(S100,S140,S150、S170,S180)、その回転数Neが閾値Nrefに至ったときのクランク角CAとエンジン水温Twとに基づいて補正トルクTmodを設定し、設定した補正トルクTmodを引き下げ時の低下振動抑制トルクに加えた値としてモータMG1のトルク指令Tm1*を設定する。これにより、エンジンが停止する直前に上死点を超えないようにして、上死点を超えることによって生じる振動を抑制する。

- 内燃機関と該内燃機関の出力軸にトルクを出力可能な電動機とを備える内燃機関装置であって、
前記内燃機関の出力軸の回転位置を検出する回転位置検出手段と、
前記内燃機関の回転数である機関回転数を検出する回転数検出手段と、
前記内燃機関の運転停止が指示されたときには、前記内燃機関への燃料供給と点火とが停止するよう該内燃機関を制御し、前記回転数検出手段により検出される機関回転数が補正開始回転数に至るまでは前記内燃機関の回転数をスムーズに低下させるトルクとしての回転低下用トルクが前記電動機から出力されるよう該電動機を制御し、前記回転数検出手段により検出された機関回転数が前記補正開始回転数に至った以降は前記内燃機関が停止する直前に上死点を超えないよう前記検出された機関回転数が前記補正開始回転数に至ったときに前記回転位置検出手段によって検出された回転位置に応じた補正トルクと前記回転低下用トルクとの和のトルクである停止用トルクが前記電動機から出力されるよう該電動機を制御する停止時制御手段と、

前記内燃機関の温度を反映する媒体の温度を検出する温度検出手段を備え、

前記電動機および前記第2の電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、
前記内燃機関の運転停止時には前記停止時制御手段として機能すると共に前記内燃機関の間欠運転を伴って前記駆動軸に出力すべき要求トルクに基づくトルクが該駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電動機と前記第2の電動機とを制御する制御手段と、
を備える動力出力装置。 - 内燃機関と該内燃機関の出力軸にトルクを出力可能な電動機とを備える内燃機関装置の制御方法であって、
前記内燃機関を運転停止するときには、前記内燃機関への燃料供給と点火とが停止するよう該内燃機関を制御し、前記内燃機関の回転数が補正開始回転数に至るまでは該内燃機関の回転数をスムーズに低下させるトルクとしての回転低下用トルクが前記電動機から出力されるよう該電動機を制御し、前記内燃機関の回転数が前記補正開始回転数に至った以降は前記内燃機関が停止する直前に上死点を超えないよう前記内燃機関の回転数が前記補正開始回転数に至ったときの該内燃機関の出力軸の回転位置に応じた補正トルクと前記回転低下用トルクとの和のトルクである停止用トルクが前記電動機から出力されるよう該電動機を制御して、前記内燃機関を停止する
ことを特徴とする内燃機関装置の制御方法。
