Abstract
【解決手段】 内燃機関の燃焼停止中(ステップS100のYES判定時)において、内燃機関内のデポジット堆積大のとき(ステップS110のYES判定時)には、デポジット堆積度に応じて設定された空気導入期間(ステップS120)の間、VVT機構により吸気弁および排気弁の両方が開状態となるオーバラップ状態とされる(ステップS130)。これにより、内燃機関内に空気が導入されて、一旦堆積されたデポジットが乾燥風化されることでデポジット除去効果が高められる。

図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る車両の制御装置であるエンジンECU(Electronic Control Unit)によって制御されるエンジンシステムについて説明する。図1には、エンジンの1つの気筒(シリンダ)を代表的に示した図を示すが、本発明の実施の形態が適用される内燃機関(エンジン)が備える気筒の数およびその配置は限定されるものではない。
実施の形態2では、ハイブリッド車両におけるエンジン燃焼停止中におけるデポジット除去制御について説明する。
図7に示したデポジット除去制御と同様に、ステップS230で設定されたモータリング期間が経過するまでの間、エンジン5のモータリングによるデポジット除去動作が行なわれる。
Claims (12)
- 車軸へ動力伝達可能に連結された内燃機関を備えた車両の制御装置であって、
前記内燃機関内へのデポジット堆積度を検出する検出手段と、
前記検出手段により前記デポジット堆積度が所定以上と検出された場合に、前記内燃機関の燃焼停止時に前記内燃機関内へ空気を導入する空気導入手段とを備えた、車両の制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関の吸気弁および排気弁の開閉を制御するバルブ制御手段をさらに備え、
前記空気導入手段は、前記内燃機関の燃焼停止時に、少なくとも一部の気筒において前記吸気弁および前記排気弁が開状態となるように前記バルブ制御手段の制御を指示する手段を含む、請求項1記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記空気導入手段は、前記内燃機関の燃焼停止時に前記吸気弁および前記排気弁が開状態となる空気導入気筒を選択する気筒選択手段をさらに備え、

前記触媒の温度を検知する温度検知手段と、
