Description
Claims (4)
- 圧縮及び膨張の各行程を含むサイクルが繰り返し実施されるエンジン(11)のエンジン出力軸(14)に対して正回転側のトルクである正トルク及び逆回転側のトルクである逆トルクを付与可能な回転電機(30)を備えるエンジンシステムに適用され、
前記エンジンの燃焼が停止された後、エンジン回転速度がゼロまで降下する際の回転降下期間において、前記エンジンの圧縮上死点でのエンジン回転速度に基づいて、前記エンジンのピストン(13)が、エンジン回転速度がゼロとなる直前の圧縮上死点であることを判定する回転速度判定部と、
前記ピストンが、エンジン回転速度がゼロとなる直前の圧縮上死点であると前記回転速度判定部により判定された場合に、前記ピストンを膨張行程の前半期間の回転角度位置に停止させるように、前記直前の圧縮上死点から前記回転電機により逆トルクを付与するトルク制御部と、
前記トルク制御部によって前記回転電機による逆トルクが付与された後、前記ピストンが膨張行程の前半期間の回転角度位置に停止するか否かを判定する停止判定部と、を備え、
前記トルク制御部は、前記逆トルクの付与後において、前記ピストンが膨張行程の前半期間の回転角度位置に停止すると判定されたことに基づいて、前記逆トルクの付与を停止し、
前記停止判定部によって、前記ピストンが膨張行程の前半期間の回転角度位置に停止しないと判定された場合に、前記トルク制御部は、前記ピストンが次の圧縮上死点を乗り越えるように前記回転電機により正トルクを付与し、その後、前記ピストンが、エンジン回転速度がゼロとなる直前の圧縮上死点であると前記回転速度判定部により判定された場合に、前記ピストンを膨張行程の前半期間の回転角度位置に停止させるように、前記直前の圧縮上死点から前記回転電機により逆トルクを付与するエンジン制御装置(50)。 - 前記回転速度判定部は、前記エンジンの圧縮上死点でのエンジン回転速度が所定値以下であることに基づいて、前記ピストンが、エンジン回転速度がゼロとなる直前の圧縮上死点であることを判定するものであって、
前記所定値は、圧縮上死点からの前記回転電機による逆トルクの付与により、膨張行程の前半期間が過ぎるまでの間に前記エンジン出力軸の回転が停止すると判定される値である請求項1に記載のエンジン制御装置。 - 前記回転降下期間において、エンジン回転速度が、前記エンジンの共振域である所定回転速度域にあることを判定する共振域判定部と、
前記共振域判定部によってエンジン回転速度が前記所定回転速度域にあると判定されている期間において前記回転電機により逆トルクを付与する回転降下処理部と、を備え、
前記トルク制御部は、前記回転降下処理部による逆トルクの付与の停止後、エンジン回転速度が前記所定回転速度域の下限値を下回って、かつ、前記ピストンが、エンジン回転速度がゼロとなる直前の圧縮上死点であると前記回転速度判定部により判定された場合に、前記ピストンを膨張行程の前半期間の回転角度位置に停止させるように、前記直前の圧縮上死点から前記回転電機により逆トルクを付与する請求項1又は2に記載のエンジン制御装置。 - 前記エンジンは4気筒エンジンである請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のエンジン制御装置。
